Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 166 lb - Okay, so I did horrible eating today, but I got on the tredmeil and burned 263 calories, and was on it for 30 min. doing intervals of incline and speed. I am going to get my dad to help me lift weights tonight. And I am going to do some strengh exersizes and yoga on the WiiFit once i get off of the internet, so not all is lost. :D . Hopefully I am going bowling tonight with some friends. (FUNFACT: Bowling for an hour burns 234 calories, but thats with no snacks of course! PS and I assume that means standing the whole time too!) So Hopefully the rest of the day will be good.
