Ht. 5'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Its been about a week i think--im doing ok sometimes ill mess up but i try to get back on track. I got DDR and i herd thats a good way to burn cals. So ima be doing that alot. I still havn't weighed my self because i don't wanna see how much and if i gained more. Oh and i have a problem i just can't stop drinking soda! i just can't and i don't know what to do about that. So if you all could give me some tips that would be great and keep up the good work everybody

Ht. 5'2", Start: 315 lb, Today: 315 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 215 lb - Hi. I weighed myself today and I couldn't believe how much i was! I mean I knew I was VERY FAT but i had no idea I was over 300! Thats the first time I've weighed myself in about a year because I was always too scared to see how much I gained. But I now realise that I need to do something about it, so this year Im going to try so hard to lose some weight. I really have no idea how though. I can hardly exercise because I'v got so big! Any ideas what I can do? I need help! I hope everyone else has a good start to the year! x

Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - Hey, So I want to be at my goal weight, by my birthday, which is the last week in April. Its a little lofty, but I think I can do it if I stick to good, healthy foods. I dont know how accurate my starting weight is, because i KNOW i gained weight over X-mas. I will check that at the end of the week. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 281 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Well I was looking in the mirror last night and I noticed that I have a huge butt! lmao... I was like wow I have a big butt cuz it was so big... Well Im fasting this week hopefully I lose weight... but everytime it's time for me to eat I eat a hell of a lot of food... to make up the time that I didnt eat... I have to do better tomorrow... lol but i'm down 10 lbs... so im happy... i can't wait to be in the 270's again... I know it still means im fat but I gain almost 20 lbs last year that's why Im happy... Oh now my b.f and I are not doing so well... I think we are about to break up :s >:) I have a back up one tho lol

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - So i weigh myself before i eat so i don't count food and water weight in it. And now im at 153!!!! So my goal is to get to 150 pounds by next weekend. I know you're not suppose to lose more than 2 pounds a week but im on my period so some water weight should go. So I'm not going to weigh myself until sunday morning. Hows everybody else doing?

I'm so sick of feeling the way I feel, insecure, and unhappy. I shy away from pictures because I don't want people to see me that way...I don't want the current me to be frozen in time.
I've tried SOO many diets...but I know the key to keeping off weight is eating healthy and exercising. A couple months ago, I was doing all that I should, and I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I was so happy and proud of myself...Then one day I thought "Nah, I dont want to exercise today...I'll do it tomorrow"...and then I don't...
I lack motivation and dedication....But my New Years Resolution is to get to my goal weight by the summer. I hope that by talking to other people about it that I'll be able to get there.

Been on diet for a week now and have lost 2.7 kg. i went to gym 5 times and ate according to weighless best food choices. just had lunch:brown toast with grilled chicken, feta, cucumber, fat free cottage cheese and some piccalili. It was delicious. I think the key to weight loss is changing your meals...make it interesting and healthy. Good Luck everyone  (Note: 157 cm, 83 kg is 5'2", 183 lb.)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 214 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - Ok so today for breakfast I ate 1 set of 4 Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops and 1/2 cup Pina Colada Juice. For lunch I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on a wheat bun with WOW! Chips and water. For supper I had 1 steak and cheese fajita with water. No snacks yet. I didn't exercise today, however I went to a party tonight and danced my butt off so hopefully that will do me some good. Any advice?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - alright so finally back down to where i was before christmas holidays. that feels good. now what? ive been down to 167 before, but it seems everytime i get down there i screw it up and get back up to 170. its like i just can't shake this darn number. ah well. ive been doing well, im sure ill be able to stick it out. a month and a half until the wedding i have to go to. id like to lose 5-10 pounds by then. wish me luck! :)
