Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 115 lb - Well over the past... week? i lost about 3 pounds. some probably water weight and whatnot. so im trying to get to 120-130 by april. But definitely to 120 by May, which is my bday. And then get to my goal of 110 or 115 by graduation, which is June. Then summer!!! So this currently how i did today. For breakfast i had this yam bread thing. I ate half of it so about 200 calories? For lunch I had butternut squash ravioli and thats about 450 calories. I had 3 skittles in the afternoon but thats only around 30 calories ish. I don't know what I'm eating for dinner, but after dinner I'm going to have some fruit and I'm too lazy to calculate that so yea. And i got in about 45 minutes of DDR which burned 150 calories. How did i do?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - Well I lost weight these past 2.5 weeks. 4 pounds to be exact for a total of 22.5 pounds. I am now only 67 pounds away from my tattoo. I kind of wonder if I lost more though. My period ended yesterday and I always gain a ton of water weight during that week. And I had a huge dinner last night as I had just returned from college for a break. Oh well. I shall weigh myself again after finals week.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Hi umm i was wondering if anyone could help me with losing weight like if they have any ways to lose weight and some excersises i could do or something it would be very appreciated(: i used to be like 220 and i lost a little weight and now im 203 butt i still have a long wayy to go so plz give me ideas!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 212 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - so ive basically been really fed up with being fat so i didnt eat till 4 today and then i made a cheese and meat quesadia and ate a few chips now i just drank like 2 bottles of water im bout to go workout...then have an apple or some kind of fruit when i get back :/ urgh i hate dieting....i cant even do it right

Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 291 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I exercise every morning but this morning I woke up with my electricity off (stupid power company) ... so I exercised tonight... Ever since yesterday, doing specific strength training exercises makes me feel super nauseous and sick. My heart beats so fast and I'm out of breath that you would swear I just finished an hour of intense cardio... It feels horrible... Should I take it easy for a while and do light cardio? I really wanna continue with strength training and I've been doing great since last week... ugh! But other than that I'm eating better and all... this isnt cool I'm finally serious and now I feel like I have to give up!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 82), Goal: 145 lb - so i basically havent been doing the best for about 4-5 days, i have my period (sorry, gross i know) so ive gained about 2 pounds of water weight, but today i got back on the wagon and ate great and worked out for about 20-25 minutes. im sweating like a fat hog right now but i feel like i really worked out hard, so thats good. i need to stay focused, christmas is coming and i want to be at my goal of 165 (or lower, preferably lower) by then. i know i can do it i just need to stay focused and resist temptation. anyways, hope everyones doing well. stay strong

Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 291 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I've been exercising for about 5 days and I'm only seeing results in my abdomen area as always... I really want to lose my thighs and my arms... They are my problem areas... not my stomach... It's fairly flat for someone my size but I pretty much carry my weight in my limbs... that sucks... But I'm doing well... staying on the ball and all of that stuff... stay motivated people.

Both my sisters are home from college and the one is 18 and is super skinny and pretty and runs everyday and is just overall really healthy. she's studying to be a dietician. It makes me soo mad that shes skinny. and the other one is is loosing weight and now weighs less than me and shes 20. Whenever they're back i just feel like the ugly duckling and get all sad and depressed. So I decided that I can do this and I will succeed. I was in cross country at my school so I can run its just that I have had no motivation. Anyways.. yeah.. i just need some encouragement and some help from other people that are in the quest too. Thanks for any help and wish me luck!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 182 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 145 lb - WOW!!! Since September 24 I've lost 10lbs!!! I am SO happy! I haven't weighed this in over a year. Last year I was 176-180 back and forth but now I finally broke my plateau!! By the end of the month I hope to be 170 and by Christmas I hope to be 165... *crosses fingers* I hope I reach my goal by summer... God I really really want that to happen!

Oh and congrats to you two below who lost weight... Being on this site does inspire me to lose weight because before I stopped coming on here I lost a significant amount of weight... now Im heavier than ever but very optimistic

I have lost 7 pounds. im really excited. that means ive lost a total of 42 pounds total having done some of the work previous to starting this diet. Last night i tried on a size 16 pants from old navy that i havnt worn in forever. They were tight in the thighs but really loose on the waist. i was so happy. I cant even remember the last time i even weighed this much. Let alone how much im going to weigh soon. Im happy good luck to everyone. Hope your doing well.
