Ht. 5'5", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 115 lb - This is what Im really wondering, I have a very small frame, my doctor says a healthy weight for me is 115, with that being said, Im 240 now, meaning I would have to lose 125 pounds!! I have about 20 months to do so, so I wont be rushing it but what I am wondering is, will I have a ton of extra skin from losing weight? I heard someone say that people who lose alot of weight have a ton of extra skin that sags, or is that only for older people? Does anyone have any tips, I really have no idea what Im doing besides wanting to lose weight..
