Ht. 5'5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 145 lb - Hi my name is Breanna and I have been trying to lose at least 30lbs. I am struggling to keep up with school and homework and so i rarely have time to exercise. I was hoping someone could give me any helpful tips to losing 30lbs by march which is a little more than 4 months. Please help if you can.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 261 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - hey.well ive been dieting since a few days before halloween,and all ive lost is 10 or so pounds.i'll be so happy when i see 250 or so on the scale.hmph.the thing is,i dont eat breakfest(i never have)and for lunch i have a salad,or like today i had a piece of chicken(off a chicken sandwich) and an apple,and milk.well every day,during the period after lunch,my stomach GROANS sooo loud,every one can hear and i feel like im gonna have gas.what is this and how do i stop it?thanks:).

Ht. 5'4", Start: 292 lb, Today: 291 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Well I started exercising for 6:45 and it ended at 8:17 ... It wasnt bad at all... But I saw the scariest thing... I hate my thighs... I have like old lady thighs ick... it looks ok from the front but the back is not cute at all lmao... This is my second day of exercising and being serious... I see that my monthly goals aren't working so I'm taking everything one day at a time. But damn I want a slice of pizza! I'll get some water instead

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 206 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - okay- down to about 206.4. I really wanted to be 204 by Sunday- probably won't happen. but omg- I'd be pretty exited if I was 205 by Sunday and 204 by Thanksgiving!

I've been eating decently and working out, but I've gained 4 pounds in 6 days according to my scale, and I'm not on my period or about to get it, so do you think it's just water weight?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 162 lb - so according to doctors I am obese ! Gosh I hate that word. So I need to make some sort of a change and with thanksgiving next week I'm sure this is gonna go over well. So my goal or big reveal is to look absolutely breathtaking for prom witch is in April . I need to lose 44 pounds in all to be at a healthy weight. Does anyone have any motavation tips?

I feel good... actually I'm hungry now (because I haven't eaten in a few hours...) The doctor put my father on a diet so He has fruits already cut up in the fridge so that we can just eat them when we are hungry

Ht. 5'4", Start: 209 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - well hey yall, i haven't been posting latley...i just went though a sinus infection and right after that i got my...you know period..ugh so i felt like crap this last month..so i started out fresh today for breakfast i wasn't really hungrey at all so i ate a bowl of cherrios for lunch i ate a ham sandwith with cheese and a little mayo plus a small bag of baked chips and i just ate dinner (my dad cooked it sooo it was un-heathy) we had meatloaf and corn....i wish my mom was cooking but she has to go to a class for her dieaties tonight..so after this ima go on a walk. Im starting out slow when the eating and exceriseing...because i know my self if i just all pack it in at once i will NOT fallow though--so wish me luck please and it looks like yall are doin great! keep it up i know you can do it

I really wanna know if I lost anything... but I don't wanna be a weight-aholic... I think I'll do it next Friday... I've decided to continue exercising in my room because I discontinued after I hit a plateu. Wish me luck... Then when I get my pedometer I'll start to go out for little walks to burn more calories
