Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 105 lb - I need some HUGE tips.. This year I will be promoting from a junior high to a high school and yearly they have a trip to the water park while at the water park i would like to take my shirt off and be proud of myselff.. i mean i dont want killer abs i want a flat stomach.. nnot a huge gut sticking out..please write back with GREAT tips..

My Name Is Sioned And I Am 13 Years Old. I Come From Scotland, I Am Clinically Obese And All My Life I Have Been The 'Fat' One. The 'Ugly' One. I've Tried Loads Of Diets, But They Hardly Last A Day..I Know That From Tomorrow, Me And My Best Friend Natasha Are Going To Do It Together. She Is 12, 12 st And I'm 18 1, I Know That I Am Disgustingly Obese And I Want To Change It, Please Help?. I Know Others In The World Are Going Through The Same As Me And I Was Just Wondering If Anyone Has An Any Tips Or Anything Else?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - so yesterday and the day before, i cheated a bit, but im right back on track today. didnt gain any weight, or water weight for that matter which is awesome. only 5 pounds.. thats what i keep telling myself. but 5 pounds seems like so much right now lol anyways, good luck everyone, we can do it

Ht. 5'7", Start: 176 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 140 lb - I don't understand why some people have to be fat for. its not fair. I just want to be skinny is that really impossible. Three of my closest friends are sooo tiny its like i dont even fit in the picture with them and i cant go shopping with them bc im not size 0 (or double zero for that matter)!! its not even like im very overweight bc my height distributes it pretty well but standing beside them... :( and if i have to hear them talk about gaining weight one more time.. its actaully really instulting when they call themselves fat in front of me.. and how they need to go on a diet. it really upsets me. so ive decided to, not go on a diet, but start eating healthy and exercising because i will do anything to be as skinny as my best friends .. so i can fit in and enjoy going out with them. i will lose this weight, becuase i know that its not impossible. sorry for venting on everyone.:( good luck everyone, you all give me so much hope=P

I think I gained 6 or 7 pounds in days... idk if im bloated or w.e but please help me. I feel horrible. What do you guys do to lose weight? any suggestions? Diet and exercise help please... I dont want to do anything drastic... because I use to be a bulimic for a while.

Ht. 4'10", Start: 165 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 100 lb - Hey I have been so frustrated. I just want this weight gone now. And I know its gonna take more time and I'm also frustrated cuz I know the closer I get to my goal the harder its going to be and that discourages me. I'm trying so hard to keep going and keep working hard. I get so mad at myself when I eat something I shouldn't have or if I don't exercise.
I'll just be so glad when this weight is gone. And the thought of myself at that small and being able to go buy clothes without worrying if they're going to fit or not is whats pushing me on. I don't ever remember in my life being small and able to wear whatever. I've always felt like the fat ugly one and i don't want to feel that way anymore. With all that said these are the thoughts that push me into losing this weight and let me know that I can do it. Even if I can't do it as fast as I want to. Everyone keep up the hard work.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 235 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Ive been trying really hard. but its so difficult. My mom and I go for a bike ride every night when she gets home from work. Sunday we rode 13 miles. My legs are still hurting. I am thinking about starting the medifast 5 & 1 diet? Its hard to control what I eat. So i thought that if I do that then I would have my meals ready for me and then eat the lean meal at night. Cause I love salad with chicken. Im just ready to be at my goal weight and not have to deal with this anymore. Yet I still have a long way to go.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - okay here i am again lol did quite well yesterday, doing good so far today. i really want to get back into the 160s like i was in mid-August. i know i can do it, i just need to make sure i stick with it. ive set a 5 pound goal by christmas. totally achievable right? it just sucks because i hate to exercise. like when i know its exercise i don't want to do it. i love to walk and listen to my mp3 player, but only when i have a destination. such as walking to my boyfriends which is about a half hour walk. otherwise, i cant just get up and go for a stroll around the neighbourhood. i dunno, i'm strange i guess lol what kind of exercises did you guys do that you know helped you lose extra flab? any suggestions would be awesome! thanks and good job/good luck guys xo

Her legs and butt are completely thin and tight and she has abs and her boobs are big but firm... she has the hottest bf too. And then there me with a fat ass a bulging belly and sagging boobs! And one day shes like, Im so upset I think Im getting a bit fat in my stomach instead of my legs, oh no! And im like, common!!!!
