Ht. 5'5", Start: 203 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 175 lb - okay so im just 11 pounds away from my goal weight!!! BUT IT FELLS LIKE I WILL NEVER GET THERE i need help,,, what are some easy ways to get the last bit off?? ___ after i reach 175 my new goal will be 160 then all the way down till i reah the final goal of 145 pounds ! Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 150 lb - okay so i pretty much let myself go for like, 2 weeks. big mistake, i went from like 167 to 173. so i gained like 6 pounds. some of it is probably water weight. but yeah, im getting back on track. today i had veggie stir fry and a hard boiled egg and some cottage cheese for lunch (woke up late so i didnt have breakfast) and then i had some tofu stir fry for dinner. i only had about 800 calories today so im going to have a healthy snack later. im going to walk to and from work everyday for the next 6 days (ill be working day shifts so itll be a nice walk in the morning) and im going to drink more water and do some exercise dvds at home if i can. my main concern right now is to get back to where i was a couple weeks ago (between 166-168). i know i can do it. i just really have to stick to my guns this time. i want to be 165 by christmas (i weighed 185 last christmas so i want there to be 20 pounds difference) i think i can do it. anyways good luck everyone. resist temptation beause once u give in once, ur bound to keep on going (like i did). byee!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - When I was 11 (a little bit before my half birthday), I weighed 110 even. In a little less than 2 years, I gained 75 lbs. I eat all the time. It's always cookies, brownies, ice cream. One time, I ate about 10,000 calories worth of junk food ALONE in one day (not to mention my 3 meals). I know I'm fat, but I can't stop eating all this junk!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 153 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 105 lb - Hey, I used to be really skinny. I dont know what happened to me. In 7th grade when I stopped growing I just gained a lot of weight- fast. For a few years I weighed 145 and it never changed, then recently I started thinking about it more and more. At one point I was uncoinciously starving myself- only for 2 weeks though. Sure, I lost weight, but I felt sick all the time. Then I gave up and decided to eat again. And once you've stopped eating your body stores fats and whenever you do eat it clings on to them, thinking you are going to starve again. 153 is the most I've ever weighed in my life, and I never want to go there again.It scarred me and somehow I lost4 ponds really quick. So i picked up this book tday called "The Diet for Teenagers Only" and I think it is actually quite good.

I am still in a size 10 jeans though i just wanted to say to everyone good luck losing weight is really hard i did it and i still have a long way to go but right now i am battling with a secret eating disorder that only one of my best friends knows of just be healthy and try to lose it the right way i am scared for my life at this point with the rate of my binging/purging i don't know what to do any encouragement would be nice i know i need help at this point and i admit right now i have been bulimic since june it sucks and i have tried to stop but when i get in the mode it just happens please girls don't consider this horrible thing for losing weight i hate it and i can't go back hopefully i can do something about it i am not sure what i can do but i will see what happens good luck everyone and any advice is greatly appreciated! if any one is fighting the same battle please post

Ht. 5'2", Start: 179 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - a few weeks ago i was doing exersice, i did 50 weights, on each arms every day to build muscle,but then my chest started to hurt really bad and i couldn't even move my arms,does anybody know, how many weights i should weight, and how often.

Ht. 5'11", Start: 220 lb, Today: 207 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 180 lb - Wanna know something wierd. Over the summer, the wieght I had lost(230+ down to 190) really started to show. When my BOCES summer job finished, and I needed a pre-school physical, I wieghed about 190 point blablabla. However, during our fitness test, we also had to get wieghed and measured for some BMI testing we need to do so my school, FCS N.Y, can merge it's phys-ed with that of a neighboring school. When I stepped up on the scales, I was 5'11 tall and-no lie-almost 220 pounds! Mentally,I was freaking out.The nurse even re-wieghed me! None of my class mates believed me, so now I rank as the 2nd heaviest in my class, right.Moreover, according to most everybody in my half of the class, I look like I'd belong in the middle(at somepoint during the year, a certain student named Matt will call every other who cannot run as fast as our class jock a fatt@$$.Now, las chicas in my class, though... Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 177 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - Hey Dudes. Who here is a fan of the TV show THe Biggest Loser? I am in love with that show. BOB is amazing and I wish he was my trainer but that's never gonna happen so anyway..lol here's a question. If you watch every week like I do, you'll see that the contestants weigh in every week on the big scale. Some lost 20 lbs and some like like 15 and stuff. I jsut wanted to know how do they lose so much in one week? I know they exercise their heads off but I thought that wasn't possible to lose so much in a week. Hope you all are doing great.
