Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - saaaweeeeeet :)! 3 days in, and i lost like 2-3 pounds already. im pretty sure it was all just water weight that i gained back. (well, not all of it, but most of it) considering i was eating a lot of salt and not drinking enough water/coffee/tea. I want to integrate more exercise into my day, but im just so busy. i work like 8 hours a day, then afterwards i want to go spend time with my boyfriend and what not. but i walked to work today, which is about a 20-25 minute walk. so that was alright. my main goal right now is to get to 165. i didnt set a date, but id really like for it to be by christmas. before would be even better lol but i have to work for it. its really not that hard to lose weight. you count your calories, and exercise if you can. i hardly ever exercise and i lost 55 pounds. so i tihnk its mainly the food thing that we need to look at. exercise can only do so much. remember guys, this whole journey is only as difficult as we make it. good luck everyone!!:) xox
