Ht. 5'6", Start: 254 lb, Today: 268 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 154 lb - I'm 14 years old and I'm overweight, I've tried about a million diets and treatments and I just can't do, I've had no help, my parents are always too busy to support or help me in anyway and although I say I'm on a diet they still continue to cook foods that are bombarded with grease and fat can anyone give me any tips?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 227 lb, Today: 228 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - I've decided to up my master goal by 5 pounds. Along the way, and I know this from experience, that I'm going to gain alot of muscle. Anyways, anyone know any good recipes that are cheap? We aren't in the best shape moneywise, or anything else in that matter. I'm honestly trying to get in shape for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th physical fitness tests. I know I'm not going to be in the best of shape at all by the first one, but I know I'll be getting use to having atleast 30min-1.5hrs of physical activity. I do appreciate all then responses from my last bulletin, even though most of them had a convo that was off topic. (:o) I'm also, still having trouble getting in the habit of exercising. Ht. 5'4", Start: 235 lb, Today: 350 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Hey everybody, I have a problem. I have unfoutunatly be gaining some weight (At least 105lbs since I started). But I have a problem with these last 20lbs I packed on. My resting heart and breathing rate are very high. I can't walk across my liveing room without being out of breath, gasping for air and my heart rate insanely high. I haven't moved because of this: I've been sitting her for the past 4 hrs. eatting doughnuts and haven't moved in all this time. Please someone help!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - ok so as you can see i want to loose 50 lbs, however that may change once i get closer to my goal because i don't believe in a number i believe in how i feel, and how i look. i don't wanna be the "perfect" look by far. I am unusually comfortable with how i look and i have been told i don't look as big as i weigh. my ultimate goal is to be healthy, i want to be fit and to be able to go up a flight of stairs with out gasping for breath. i have just started college so access to a gym is a two minute walk away. however access to greasy food via meal plan is also a two minute walk away funny huh? i have to walk through the cafe to get to the gym... you gotta love it. so please wish me much luck i can use it
