Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So today so far for breakfast I had a Special K bar. For lunch a lean cusine. Idk about dinner yet. I also had practice all day today from 8-4. So I was moving around a little and did run with a few friends around the field.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I'm really starting to notice a difference in how I feel since I started drinking a lot of iced tea and water and skipping seltzer and soda. It's a good feeling. Except I've been eating much more veggies than I have been in a while, so I've been a little bloated and stuff. Today I did well I think, though I got my monthly today so I felt like trash (it's horrible for the first 2 days) and couldn't force myself to exercise. BUT I'll get through it and I won't weigh in till the beginning of next week for more accurately. It inspires me to read everybody's posts, no matter if anyone replies to mine. :D Have a good weekend (what's left of it).

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 128 lb - I've been wanting to lose weight since forever, and now I'm trying to do it right. I think I did well in physical activity today, due to the fact that I biked 11 miles. In order to achieve my goals I want to drink 8 or more glasses of water per day and cut out carbonated beverages. I also want to watch my portion sizes.
Does anyone who has tried and tried to lose weight before but is finally doing it have any tips for sticking with it?

LOL i am seriously psyched...i havent weighed this little since last year when i lost a lot of weight through an ED which i gained straight back so im really pleased ive managed to lose it again HEALTHILY! I go back to school on the 18th which is like a week so i know i wont be down 4lbs by then but im still looking forward to going feeling good about myself and my body. I'd say im about 85% happy with my body..i still want to lose about 10 more lbs after my target as im pearshaped so i have a tiny upper body with a reaaally flat stomach but my legs and bum are a bit bigger than my upper body and i want to even that out a bit more and tone up. Seriously guys...just stick at it. You WILL lose the weight if you keep going, when i first started in march i struggled as i was constantly falling off the wagon but now i do good 9 out of 10 times although i still have occassional slip ups.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 132 lb, Today: 132 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hi everyone im quite a chubby boy and kinda gets teased a lot in school because i am fat so i run but my exercise plan is inconsistent so i just do it once in like 2 weeks because i dont feel like doing it.i force my self to get out of bed 1 morning and research on all this information about weight loss and somehow i got an amazing exercise plan and i did it but the next day i didn't feel like doing exercise and i dread cardio.is there anything that will motivate me to exercise because im having a hard time here and i pretty much need most of ur help to help me lose 17pounds...Please reply because it makes urself feel good to help other people

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi guys. Yesterday I did pretty well except I a had a weird binge late at night: crackers with salsa. I know, weird, right? Today I did well though and I walked for over an hour even it was really hot outside, so I'm proud of myself. I really want to be 174 before school starts on in September. I really hope to be 160 by the end of sophomore year, so I want to work REALLY hard this year to reach that goal. I'll check in later, peeps. :P

I know that all of you are talking about how much weight you loose and how you exercise and everything, so I was wondering if any of you could give me some help. First of all, I am 5'5 and 197 pounds. I carry almost all of my weight in my big belly. I was wondering if any of you have any exercises that are good to get rid of belly fat. I have a hard time doing cruntches because my belly makes it hard to get up. I also cannot go pushups because i cant hold up my body weight. Also, do any of you know of any stores where I can buy larger clothes. I have a hard time with pants. Now I have to wear them under my belly with my belly sagging over, which looks horrible because it peeks out under my too tight shirt. I have an overeating problem too. But before I can start to try loosing weight, I want to try to get confortable with my weight and be able to talk to someone about it.... (view more)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 233 lb, Goal: 190 lb - yeah! i lost 8 pounds this week! i leave for school in a week
i have been eating 4 small meals a day, mostly chicken salads, for lunch and dinner, a cucumber for another and a greenpeper for another. i have been running 2 times a week andd lifting 3! i feel great!! i also jump rope on the days i lift...im not even hungry! everyone keep up the good work!
