I know i'm the only one that can do it but it's just getting started ya know? But atm i'm more motivated than ever because i've got a new boyfriend, i've been with him a week today and when we chill out and watch a dvd or something and he puts his hands on my leg of stomach or something i cringe and think he will break up with me because of my flab, i would be sooo happy if i was skinny! Ht. 5'4", Start: 164 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 112 lb - hey, having gained all the weight back ive now lost 2 pounds so working my way back down again. yeah erm things going okay. having trouble motivating myself to exercise but been walking the dog with my mum and her friends a bit and theyre pretty long walks so i guess they count. meh getting very disheartened by looking at the rest of girls my age an stuff, theyre all so annoyingly skinny... grr lol jealousy

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - do any of you girls ever get jealous of a skinny girl and automatically dont like them? i know thats bad, but i do it all the time. llike when at a party, or whatever, if a girl is around and tries to talk to me im nice but automatically dont have an interest in being their friend because of my jealousy issues. its like unless the person has some kind of flaw i cant see myself hanging out with them. i think maybe once im thinner it wont be so bad, but ive been like this ever since i can remember. is there something wrong with me or what. cause like, i know no ones perfect but if they arent a little chubby, or if theyre too pretty and skinny i want nothing to do with them. lol god im hitler.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - oh my god, yesterday was a binge-fest. i must have had about 3000 calories. i dunno what came over me. i think it was because the day before (friday) i went to Canada's Wonderland (for those of you who don't know, its a theme park kind of like disneyland only way smaller obviously lol) and i did soooooooo much walking, and hardly ate, so i think i was just starved. but i didn't gain anything from it. but today ive had my eating under control. ive had about 770 calories so far and im goig out tonight so i know i wont be eating so ill eat something beforehand so i dont get too hungry. i realllly wanna be in the 160s!! ive been stuck at 170 for about 5 or 6 weeks now and im getting tired of it. i just want to get rid of this flab for good. at wonderland, there were so many skinny girls in their short shorts and it just made me feel like a huge piece of crap. i will do this, its going to... Ht. 5'1", Start: 195 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 150 lb - UGH guys im so frustrated rite now ok this morning i weight myself & instead of losing weight i gained 2 pounds & this whole week i been exercising my butt off & i cut down on food staying within a 1200-1500 calorie range. so why did i gain weight? but i eat kinda the same foods jus less of it but im so confused if any can help me on why i gained or has any advice for me on like what foods to cut down on or avoid to lose more weight i would really appreciate it. thank you guys <3

I know that a few people are like me and I thought we could make a post of lower calorie dessert alternatives so we can satisfy a sweet tooth while not destroying all the work we've done. I like: meringues (120 cals for five) stawberries in 60 calorie choc pudding apples in caramel dip frozen yogurt hot chocolate sorbet What about you guys?
