Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 219 lb, Goal: 145 lb - ok everyone i have not posted in a while but i am still around i have lost another 2lbs and i could not be any happier. yes i have made slips and yes i have eaten cake and all that but i have not given up this the help of my weightloss buddy ellie and my friends and all you guys pushing me i am making it.... good job and good luck to all you out there next weight in which is friday i hope to be 217.5 well see

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 150 lb - woohoo! i got into the 160's! took me long enough lol. im pretty sure i am anyways, because this morning i got on the scale after having had something to drink and it said 169. it could have been because i was hungover from drinking lastnight and was dehydrated but we'll have to see what tomorrow brings. yay me!:) only 19 more pounds to go until i reach my goal!! good luck guys!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 243 lb, Goal: 190 lb - so today was good i think...i had 2 pieces of fish, one for lunch and one for dinner...i had a salad with chicken and cucumber for lunch and i also had a green pepper...i wasnt hungry at all today!!! i know it doesnt seem like i ate much but i seriously wasnt hungry. I also did my weightlifting program which took about 30 min, ran 2 miles, and then walked a mile later with my mom. Hopefully it will work :) keep up the work everyone! oh and did you know drinking ice cold water burns calories?! dont get me wrong not a whole bunch but it burns calories to heat up the water, so make sure you drink lots of ice cold water :)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 251 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone! So yesterday I bought this new energy drink called "Celsius" It comes in Wild Berry, Citrus. Lemon-Lime, Cola, and Ginger Ale flavors. The appeal of this stuff its that its CLINICALLY PROVEN to burn 100 CALORIES PER CAN!!!!! It's no joke, and its not gross tasting. i feel so good and energized today, better than I have felt in a long time! And I only drank one this morning. So I guess what I am sayin is check this stuff out. I give it a thumbs wayyyy up. :]

Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 243 lb, Goal: 190 lb - soooo yesterday i had for lunch a salad, on the salad i had 1/2 a cucumber, 4oz of chicken and a little bit of ranch dressing, about 2 hours later i had a green pepper with salt and pepper...the only bad thing is later i had a piece of chocolate cake because it looked so yummy :*( for dinner i had a piece of backed fish and then abut 3 hours later i had another green pepper with salt and pepper...the amazing thing is i wasnt hungry at all!!! howw do you think i did oh and i was on the eliptiglide for 3 miles :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 127 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 107 lb - omg i just came back from vacation yesterday! i gained 4 pounds!!!! when i was there i had to eat all the ice cream, pizza, and fried chicken!...my mom said that she didnt know the next time we would eat so we pretty much ate whenever we could and as much as we could...but that ended up being every hour!!! so i had sooo much crap each day and even before bed i had to eat french fries and cheeseburgers! i feel sooo horrible! idk what to do cuz now those are the only foods i want and today i woke up i binged and already ate 2385 calories!

I've never been this bad. Last time I checked, I was 132.5. At one point, I was down to 122. It was amazing, but at that time, I was eating nothing. I don't know how to lose weight without starving myself and I'm getting desperate. Please help!

restaurant portions are 3-4 times bigger than the regular portion
eating your meals in a certain order helps you maintain/loose weight(protein, carbs, then fiber)
