Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - omg. okay- i just read the most incredible book. i'm still happily crying. the reason i wanted to share it with you guys is that it's interlaced with emotional eating and using it to kind of hide from the world, but that the main character breaks free from it slowly throughout the book and undergoes this amazing transformation into herself- although it's not all about that at all. it's aptly titled "the Sugar Queen" incase you all want to read something really fun and easy, but still get emotionally invested and kind of feel yourself go through her transformation.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i feel so helpless..and like im two different people! sometimes, i feel like im ready to do this, ready to start this exercise and diet with all my energy, and once im about to exercise or eat healthy i binge and be all lazy! i hate looking at myself in the mirror..for example i just got this swimsuit delivered which i didnt know didnt have a backside and had a really small front, and all the rolls and love handles showed! i have a goal of losing 15 lbs. in a month but i feel so depressed and like giving up because ive been this way so long.. how do i 'achieve' my goal??

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I have hit an all time low. I was visiting my grandmother and she told me i looked to be about 4 months pregnant! She was sitting next to me on the couch and I was so self consious, so I was sucking in my stomach. She took her hands and was still able to grasp 2 big handfuls of belly fat and said, "you need to be doing situps. once you put the weight on, its hards to take it off." then she started grabbing my arm and leg fat. i pretended not to care, but i did. later i saw her trying on my shorts and she said, " look at this. i am a grandmother and i can fit into these." i need to lose weight. HELP ME!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im done counting calories its making me mad i do fine when i don't count then i kno in doing great to day was the only day i haven't counted then this month (but i do only eat the serving size)today i ate 2 g-bars,a chicken sausage, strawberries, lean gourmet chicken dinner and exercised and im so sore it makes no sense how much my legs hurt but i did walk 10 miles yesterday to the library and thats the longest iv ever walk so that could be it but i actually feel alot better after exercising any good day for me and no more counting calories im to the point were eating healthy food and exercising is something i like to do not i chore so y should i do something i still hate counting those dang calories so bye bye thats it do u think im wrong for this decision

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - yay! finally back down to 170. i gained like 5 pounds of what im pretty sure was mostly water from eating too much crap and salt. but im back down now and im gettin serious. i planned out my entire day of food so i wont have to wing it. i tihnk this will help me. i calculated on the internet how many calories per day ill need to lose 1-1.5 pounds per week and its anywhere from 1100-1200 so im going to stick to that. im so motivated right now. i tihnk im gonna go dance for a while lol stay strong everyone :)

Ht. 5'10", Start: 185 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 155 lb - hey you guyss well i spent all week at my friends house i still did good with the eating but i feel depressed when ever i hang out with my friends sometimes becuase they'll stand in front of the mirror and be like omg im so fat and the people that i stayed with this week are size 0 and size 2 . it really makes me feeel bad about myself and i dont understand how they can actually think their fat. ugghhhh does anyone else feel this way?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Time. Time. Time. I'm frustratedddddddddd. It's the end of JUNE already! it's basically July if you think about it. I wanted to lose 15-20 lbs by Sept 1 but I haven't even lost 1 lb yet! at this rate...I don't see my goal happening :( I wanted to go back to school in good shape and with confidence. This is taking so damn long and I know weight loss is a gradual process but honestly. I hate this. I just feel like ripping my head off! and yesterday was bad..I didn't do my 4 miles and I ate an extra meal (a sandwhich) which I shouldn't have but I just felt like it. But I squeezed some dancing time in because I Knew I had to get some work out done. I've been been feeling very unmotivated lately and the dead scale just makes it 50000x worst :( I sound like a whiny little girl I know but I had to vent. Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Sorry I forgot to post yesterday but let's just say I was doing well until I had a light caramel mocha frappuccino from Starbucks. With whipped cream! :( However, I did do yoga in the morning and by the time I went to bed my whole body, mostly my legs, were so sore I felt like I had run a marathon. So that must count for something, right? I hope so...Anyways, I'll try to post later so toodles!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 131 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok. 1lb left!!!!!! but... yesterday i was really bad with my eating. i ate WAY too little... i only had 360 calories all day. because of my religion, i wasnt allowed to eat meat or dairy yesterday and there wasnt much around the house that i could eat. i had 2 pieces of wheat bread 4 breakfast= 110 calories. i dint eat unch but i snacked on puff corn all day= 150 calories. for dinner i had 3 four inch pancakes= 100 calories. i wasnt hungary at all. i also have a problem with the scale. i set myself a date to weigh but i end up weighing like every day. im supossed 2 weigh twice a week and i end up weighing like 7 times.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ugh. okay- so today i was doing okay, not the greatest- but i got out of work with 900 cals under my belt for the day and decided to eat anywhere from 1200 to 1500 today. it was rainign so i left my bike chained on campus and took the bus home. but the bus comes about an hour after i get out of work so i decided to go into dunkin donuts- i gave in and had one boston kreme donut and a lite mocha iced latte. i though i totally blew it (well- i mean, i did anyways because that's waaay more sugar than a body need ), then i went home and looked up the calories- and i can't find the right calories for a lite mocha latte- a lite vanilla latte is 80 cals, and a regular mocha latte is 230 cals- so i figured mine was maybe 100-200 cals, the donut was 270, so- as long as i don't eat anything else tonight i'm still within my caloric limits! nice- wasn't expecting that! also- my financial aid is... Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so i think most of the weight i gained was water weight, because i drank a lot today and my weight went down 2 lbs.. thank GOD lol but ive been doing great for the past two days, going to stick with it so i can be in the 160s by mid july when i go to wonderland! cant wait :) and i cant wait to be thinnnn. keep going guys were doin it

Ht. 5'4", Start: 214 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 175 lb - ok so i just woke up and weighed myself. im down to 189. it makes me really happy to be in the 180s even though im 1 pound away from 190. haha. but it still feels great. i have a condition where somedays my legs will hurt, somedays its my arms, mouth, feet, you name it, it hurts. this has been going on since i was in 5th grade and no doctor can tell me what it wrong. once again, im going to a doctor friday to see what he says. all these doctors have told me if i lose weight maybe it will get better because there wont be so much pressure on my legs and stuff. well i've lost about 20 lbs. and it hasnt stopped. my leg is hurting right now but im pushing through it. im going to be a senior this year and i want to look good. i've never had a boyfriend and im not blaming it on how i look. there are a couple guys who like me right now.. just not the ones i like. but i want to look hott and my... Ht. 5'6", Start: 215 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I was so angry when in early april found out how much i weighed. I got into weight watchers on-line thanks to my mom an have lost over 22 pounds in just 3 months my goal weight should be reached by my 18th brithday in December, six months from now. I just take it one day at a time an d want to look good for my grad party next summer.
