Ht. 5'5", Start: 127 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 107 lb - ok im going on vacation next monday and at out hotel there are no microwaves or refridgerators...and we have to eat all of or meals there!...well, we checked out the menu and there is not one healthy thing! my mom knows how i am but she said since its vacation, i have to eat the funnel cakes and fried chicken and pizzas! well i already know i have to eat it now and there is no way around it, and i even have to eat it at 11 at night before bed! is there anything i can do so i dont feel as bad about eating it and hopefully prevent weight gain?...what sucks the most is we are not going to a vacation to be active, we are supposed to relax and be unactive...idk, its something my mom wants to do for stress or something...help me?!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221 lb, Goal: 145 lb - well i was doing so good working out everyday eating right which i still am but for the life of me i cant get the modivation or the energy to workout.... except for my walk on monday i havent dont anything.. i wonder have i just hit a bump or is my friend right i cant make it more then 3weeks because i have done it many times before... idk i'm just worried that i might slip and not come back i need a boost any ideas

Ht. 5'8", Start: 330 lb, Today: 281 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Can someone please help me. I have been going downhill and I am beginning to hate myself more and more. I know I can be outside and running around, swimming, or etc. I just can't motivate myself. I am the only 280lb on here. Everyone is in the 190's or 200's. I am about to scream.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 193 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 160 lb - yay everyone! So as you can see, I've lost 4 pounds in about a month. I know that's not as great progress as I should be having but hey, I'm trying hard. I joined the YMCA and have been going there to work out and swim about 4 days a week. I'd like to go everyday but my parents don't have the time to drive me there. For anyone struggling to work out or get excersize, I strongly suggest joining a local gym. I burned 300 calories in 50 minutes walking on the treadmill, and on the elypctical, my sis burned about 400. Swimming works every muscle in your body and really builds up your arms. If you just incorporate eating good foods and maybe a nightly routine of situps, jumping jacks and leg lifts, the pounds should melt off! Does anyone have any ideas about fun, healthy, easy and yummy recipes I could try out for my big weight loss before starting high school on August 18th?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im taking a diet pill called simply slym i kno people are always saying how i shoundnt take diet pills cause they dont work well this one all it does is make u take a crap every day and i wasnt dieting this weekend i just took the pill no exercise i havent weighed myself but it seems to be working well my grandfather gave them to me cause well im fat yeah kinda mean dont u think but in truth i think he meant it in a nice way but no matter u take it 2 times a day in 10 A.M. and 3 P.M. i love these things and ithink they make me less hungry to hehe anyway the point is simply slym GREAT!!!!!!!!! pill man

Well I became really motivated today because I was thinking about how I was too embarrassed to go to mixers at nearby schools this year becuase of my appearance. Well...I want that to change. I want to be able to go to a mixer and feel confident and meet people, not hide in the corner and be the see-through fat girl. I'm SO SICK AND TIRED of that.I'm not sure if I really look bad or it's just how I perceive myself, but I just want to be able to relax and have fun without having to worry about my appearance. I really want to be 165 by December so that I can go to holiday mixers and my school's Christmas dance looking better than I did this year. do you think it's possible? :) Keep your goals in mind everyone!

Its only been one day and i am already bored out my head, all i ever want to do when im lazing about my house is eat, thats probably why every single summer (except last year) i have gained weight when i have intended to lose some. Anyway, this year i am not going to gain weight, i am going to lose it. So yesterday before dinner i was reallllly bored with nothing to do (all my friends are on holiday/busy) so i went out on my bike for about 3miles and then later on in the evening i was beginning to get that bored hungry feeling but i had already eaten all my cals for the day so i did 30mins on my exercise bike. Basically everytime im hungry (from boredom, not from real hunger) i am going to exercise! In two weeks i will be working 9-5 monday to friday at a University on top of my usual weekend job so hopefully the weight will come off easily then cos ill be really busy and wont have time to boredom eat!

Most of my family is skiny skinny! But they all eat junk food. but they never gain weight at all they dont work out ethir so it's kind of hard to stay in shape it makes me upset that they can eat all the time and still have a healthy curves
Anyone go advice to help stay away from the junk food and lose weight!?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 217 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Um. So. Well, hi. I'm new I suppose, well I used to post when I was younger. Anyways, I decided to come back on because I basically I need some inspiration and well, somewhere to output my success and failures because my parents are exactly the easiest people to talk to. So lets see I started trying to lose weight about two maybe three weeks ago and I've lost 16 pounds...so yay! Ha, all I've really been doing is cutting down A LOT on the sweets, I completely stopped eating bread (i can get fiber in other ways), drink tons of water, and I only eat three meals a day, oh and eat way more fruit and vegatables. No snacks, because I know I'm not really hungry, so instead I chew gum. Works like a charm, it satsifies by craving to eat something and only has like 5 calories. [: Oh and I've been exercising too, I walk/jog on a treadmill for about 45 mins, and if I'm just walking an hour and a half. I also do 100 regular crunches and 50 side crunched on each side. So um yeah, thats about it...oh and some of your stories are very inspirational and keep motivated! Thanks!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hurray. So I've found some fun new motivation. I am a sorority girl and for rush we are required to wear dresses. Namely Lilly. So I bought mine on ebay and it arrived. Its beautiful pink eyelet floral lace in a size 12. It fits beautifully; however, I think a size 12 is freaking enormous and if I gain any weight, the dress won't look as good. Recruitment is mid August and I will lose 15lbs by then and hopefully have to have the dress taken in. Plus, I can't be fat (well, at 185 I'll still be fat but...yeah) for crew because of the weigh ins and what not. 200lbs would be embarrassing for 6'.
