Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey coolies. I just finished dancing like a wild monkey. You guys were right about the ice cream. It was a 1/2 cup serving so I ate 1/2 cup today...lol but I mean, what is THERE idea of 1/2 cup? how big/little are THEIR cups? how do I know my cup looks like theirs? am I thinking too much on this? not all cups are the same you know. lol ok I'll stop. Hope you'll are doing fantasicallll =) I'm not losing crap :( but I'm still working hard! we can do it, Flower Fawn!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So I weighed in today, and in the month and 8 days since my last weigh in I lost...0 pounds. 0 pounds!!! ARGH! I mean it's better than gaining but good Lord if I keep it up at this rate I'm never going to loose anything! *bangs head against desk* I guess I'm just gonna have to crank up my exercise routine...grr...

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay- i'm really closer to 204, but i was excited my scale told me 204.2, which means i'm really 203.6 because it's off by at least .6 by my weight test!!!
okay- weird question of the day- anyone ever have a colonic? i've been hearing/reading a lot about them and how it cleans out your system and you lose a bit of weight from them....but they also seem really uncomfortable and temporary... any opinions? i've been thinking of getting one...

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 150 lb - k i think i did pretty well today. for breakfast i had some cottage cheese and all bran cereal, then while i was at work i had a veggie sub with no sauce on a whole wheat bun, then for dinner i had veggie stirfry with chicken and some cottage cheese. total cals - roughly 1200 or less i think i overshot . and i biked for 20 mins today. im gettin back on track slowly! i work at a pizza call centre and there were 2 large pepperoni and cheese pizzas there for free for anyone who wanted some pizza, and it took every fiber of my being but i resisted! it was horrible though it smelled soooo good. haha but i beat it! :) anyways good luck guys

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so basically, i suck and screwed up bigtime. but its weird, because i mysteriously, and i mean mysteriously, gained like 5 pounds when i didnt change anything, so ive been miserably bingeing and ive lost 2 of those pounds? maybe its beccause i wasnt eating enough calories so when i ate more one day it held onto everything and now that im giving a constant supply of calories, its letting go? i dunno. all i know is this is craptacular but im not letting it get me down, im even more motivated now, because when i diet strictly after a few days of eating whatever i want, i end up shocking my system into losing more weight. ahh well. anyways im off to work a 10 hour shift... pleasee kill meee lol bye guys <3

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 150 lb - another thing is- i feel like i lose inches so slowly! so i feel like if i went by inches i would be soooooo discouraged rather than seeing at least a .5-2lb drop on the scale instead of a 0-.25 inch loss! how fast do you guys lose inches?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Ok so i forgot to post yesterday. I went and worked out for an hour yesterday and i felt really good. Basically im doing well and im on track with my summer plan. I thought i would be 180 or even more because i hadnt been working out this last month plus before school ended i was really depressed and started binging. I was just a mess, im just glad im not as heavy as i thought though. Im working on building up my muscle because i know i lost some of it this past month and that could also contribute to me not weighing as much even though i binged alot. So just wanted to wish everyone luck and hope you have a Happy Friday!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 150 lb - anyone on here have hypothyroidism? i need to get tested for it because i'm displaying a lot of the symptoms: odd periods, undue fatigue, very difficult weight loss and very easy weight gain (like, 2000 cal.s makes me gain weight like crazy)....idk. just wondering other people's experiences with it...

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hello awesome people! Okay well today went like this: Breakfast: 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats w/ 1 cup skim milk. Snack: low-fat pudding cup. Lunch: grilled pepper and mozzarella panini, later I had some more peppers with some bread and oil (eeks!) but I walked it off casually strolling for an hour. Snack: tomato soup. Dinner: grilled fish, salad, 1 cup steamed rice w/ broccoli. Execise: No formal exercise today but I did walk like I said and ran a few errands. The walk was pretty good though becuase it was slightly uphill. Hmm...overall this week I didn't do nearly as well as I wanted but I think it was a pretty good start. But I'm gonna weight in tomorrow so cross your fingers that I didn't gain lol. =)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 145 lb - hey guys i see alot of you are talking about not losing weight and not seeing anything....even thought you are working very hard....you should invest in a tape measurer.... you will lose inches before the weight comes off i didnt lose any weight this week however i lost 11 and 3/4 inches over the last 2 weeks dont worry guys keep going.. good luch

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So...totally just finished eating a cup of icecream..lol I don't know what's going on with me with this whole icecream ordeal! but I just give in..because I think..we only live once!, I don't want to die tomorrow icecream deprived. Maybe that was kind of deep but it's something to think about lol. I'm alwasy working out so it's not like I eat the icecream and lay down and sleep. So hopefully I don't add on some extra poundage by eating the icecream...I don't eat bowls or anything. I eat in a small plastic cup. Also I just checked today that the icecream that I've been eating (choc chip peanut butter SOO GOOD) is 120 calories. How bad is that? I thought it was 2 hundred something but finding out that it was 120 made me feel like it wasn't as bad as it could've been you know, since it's icecream and all. OK, I'm done. I've got callous on my feet from treadmilling 4 miles everyday! it hurts :( but oh well, I'll suck it up. Hope you guys are doing great!
