Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - OH by the way... went to a party lastnight for an old friends birthday... saw a lot of old highschool friends there who havent seen me since i was about 215lbs... lets just say the "omg!"'s and the "wow you look amazing"'s were really nice to hear :) it really boosted my confidence. but yeah just wanted to share my happiness lol keep it up guys ! :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok so i havent been on this site sense school ended like a mouth ago is tht thing were u post ur weight at the begaining of the week still here. well this whats happening in my life i think im in love with my ex-friends brother, im startin to actually like my body and id like to lose 10 to 20 pounds by the end of the summer (my body loses about 2 to 3 ponds a week) well thats about it oh wait and my mom won't stop callin me the goth girl who used to love her so much when in truth shes always gotten on my last nerves and she is the main reason im an emotional eater

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - bleh so off track. i think i did good today though... i had a lean cuisine for lunch/breakfast (i woke up at like 12) and then went to work and brought an all bran bar and some of those chocolate crispy delights and a yogurt (so altogether that was 570) then came home and my mom had made a fathers day dinner so i ate some of that, which was ham, rice and broccoli salad. then i had one little slice of this dairy queen icecream pizza thing. god it was good. i could have had 2 pieces but i stuck with just one. im pretty sure i had my share of calories today so even though im hungry im not going to eat. if i do, itll be something super healthy and low cal. i really should be exercising more... i think im going to walk to work tomorow, its a good 15 minute walk. i hope everyones doing good. tomorrow i weigh in so i hope i lost.. doubt it though i slipped up a lot this weekend but hey, as... Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Is it bad to work out everyday of the week? Today was my 6th day in a row. I do about an hour of cardio at the gym..30 minutes of moderate intensity walking/jogging and 30 minutes on the bike. Thats all im doing for now. I want to wait until i get some weight off before i start trying to sculpt anything. I do a little ab workout when i get home too but thats about it. And also, should i be doing more cardio or is what im doing fine for now? I just want to get this weight off. My first goal is 160, then 155, then maybe even 150-145.

Today was Father's Day so we had a BBQ, but it didn't go too badly I just ate smaller portions on my fav foods and only went back for seconds on the veggies and a tiny bit of almost-mayo-free macaroni salad. I also rode my bike for about 20 min after dinner. I was never good at biking becuase I was too fat to ride so it's like learning all over again. It was hard for me and I was embarrassed but luckily no one was around so I had some peace. I hope I can learn to ride better becuase my bike is really nice and there are bike trails near me where you can meet cute guys! :) As this is my first full week of summer vacation I want to eat better and exercise about 3 times a week for about 30 min. Ht. 5'6", Start: 178 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hi! I've lost about 30 lbs in the past 4 years... I have gone up and down in these years, but recently lost about 14 lbs of the 30. I am so proud of myself and hope to get down another 10-12 lbs! Hopefully by the end of the next month I will have reached my goal! I tried many diets and my current one is working! Thanks!

Also it is summer time and we have a pool but i havent been able to swim because it has been to cold. and i would run or jog or whatever but i always feel weird. So anytips will help.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so I think I know what it is..or what could be a factor of my NOT losing any weight. Portion control. I know about this but I thought if you ate something healthy like salad..it didn't matter. So, every morning for breakfast I would eat a bigg plate of salad and by the time I was done my stomach hurt! and I knew that was a sign but I thought..hey it's salad, it can't be bad. I know about moderation and eating everything in small amounts but that just totally slipped my mind when I ate the salads every day. I also topped it with chicken and croutons (I know croutons aren't exactly healthy, they're just refined carbohydrates)...see what I mean, even when I know these thigns I continued and forgot :( I feel dumb. Can anyone tell me if that could've been a factor of my non-losing weight streak? because I Think it was but not sure. Hope you all are doing spectacular..have a great week! hope mine goes the sameee!
