Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - bleh so off track. i think i did good today though... i had a lean cuisine for lunch/breakfast (i woke up at like 12) and then went to work and brought an all bran bar and some of those chocolate crispy delights and a yogurt (so altogether that was 570) then came home and my mom had made a fathers day dinner so i ate some of that, which was ham, rice and broccoli salad. then i had one little slice of this dairy queen icecream pizza thing. god it was good. i could have had 2 pieces but i stuck with just one. im pretty sure i had my share of calories today so even though im hungry im not going to eat. if i do, itll be something super healthy and low cal. i really should be exercising more... i think im going to walk to work tomorow, its a good 15 minute walk. i hope everyones doing good. tomorrow i weigh in so i hope i lost.. doubt it though i slipped up a lot this weekend but hey, as long as i maintained im happy. i just reallllly wanna get in the 160s!! im so determined. i havent been in the 160s since i was 10. i was a realllly heavy kid. wasnt all that fat though. like i was overweight but i wasnt huge i was just tall and big boned too. anyways, hope all is well with everyone. stay motivated! <3

Good job for Father's Day with the portion control. And I have no doubt you can reach the 160s...just one pound before you're in the range!
