Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys, well I've been doing good...but I don't really think I can say that because the scale never moves! so I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong. But I've gotten into dancing again and am eating better. But I don't know, when I don't see the numbers go down...I just feel like I'm not doing enough and I KNOW that it's a gradual process...but still at this point in my life, I really need some motivation and when the numbers go down..I feel super motivated and just want to exercise till i dropp, you knoww what I mean? ahh I don't know. Just wish I saw a change in that dumb scale. :(

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So, I've decided I'm going to be serious about this whole weightloss thing. I've been here for a while and have been sort of lurking. I lost weight at college this past year kind of unintentionally...what with not having food in front of my face every second. Also, I joined the crew team second semester, which was awesome. Anways, I'm going to crack down on my diet and try to lose weight. I'm doing this because I want to be healthy. Also, I'm rowing varsity for my college next semester and everyone is all up in each other's weight and such (the coach even weighs us in front of everyone) and I don't want to be super embarrassed when this whole process goes down. Don't get me wrong, I have the fitness. I row the second fastest time on the team and finish the 5 mile runs before most of the team in the fast group; however, I can't continue on like this. Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey you guys haven't been on here in a while. Hope everyone is doing good. So i want to weight around 145 in Febuary. I believe its possible but im going to need some help. Ne one want to be a weight loss buddy with me. One who will stick and not ditch after a week or so. I have aim and yahoo messanger and myspace and email. If u want to be a buddy ill give u my info. Yesterday i exercised well though. I rode my bike for about 10 or so miles. and didnt eat alot. I have been gettin lazier since my parents bought me a car so i need help breaking my driving everywhere habits if ne one has ideas on how to break that. thanks.

80% of the time on days when im working, at school, out with friends or just really busy i am hardly ever hungry and i stick to my plan really well and exercise and everything but then theres days like today when im in the house bored all day (because i had 2 stay in 2 study for a sociology exam on tuesday) and what do i end up doing? BINGEING!! Honestly i must have consumed at least 5000 calories today and i purged which im really mad about cos im in recovery for bulimia which was going really well but i have relapsed quite a few times in the past month which i think is down to exam stress. Sociology is my last exam though so hopefully after that i can get back into my plan, work on recovery more and finally get down to a weight which i can be happy about my body with and not have to focus on losing weight anymore and just focus on maintaining that healthy weight! Sorry about the rant..just had to vent there <3

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - i had the workout of a lifetime the other day. i ate perfect and left a few calories out so i could drink at my friends, then me and my bf and my friend mike walked home which took 2 hours (it was such a long walk) and i swear i burned a billion calories lol i hate how slow i lose weight but i dont care anymore i just wanna be thin and happy. good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 145 lb - ok so it's been a while, like a long while but i am ready to start up again.... after something happend.. i was thinking about how i was going to get started working out and eating health and were i was going to get all the money...when my cusin called and needed to go to the store and she was going to give me like 50 dollars to go... so i went out and i got food and everything i needed to get started. so be back to give detail about my first day tommorrow.

(89 days, honestly, with all the extra blubber I have, I think it's possible) The only problem is...I don't know how to talk to my parents about it... I tried once but I gave up way to fast and my dad didnt even really care. (which was 'good' you could say, at the time)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 163 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I'm gong to be starting my workouts soon at the YMCA where I work. I know from past experiences after working out that I get really hungry afterwards..like im sure a lot of people do. But I was wondering what I could do or eat to keep from binging and eating all the wrong foods that would cancel out the workout that i just did? Any advice is appreciated

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 205 lb, Goal: 150 lb - really happy news! okay- first- i found out that i've grown an inch since...i don't know- a few years ago being measured, so i'm 5'7" not 5'6" which is cool because i'm the shortest person in my family. My mom grew an inch after she was 18- of course, she went from 6' to 6'1". lol. but the the exciting news is that i am .8lbs away from my first 10lb increment downwards!!! I want to be under 200 within the next three weeks- and if things keep going the way they are now i don't forsee a problem with that! thanls everyone for your support and inspiration! keep it up!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 153 lb, Today: 151 lb, Goal: 134 lb - ok so im trying not to eat meat, and i went to camp last week and did not have any, but now that im home my dad does not, want me not to eat meat so i just kinda of poke at it and then throw it away. but i dont know what to do when we eat hot dogs and chicken do you have any ideas. by the way this is not a thing to lose weight it just i dont like eating animals.
