Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 155 lb - I need som help with my eating habits. Well, not so much help, but suggestions. I'm in college and im doin summer school right now so i get up around 8 or 9 and hve one of those carnation breakfast drinks cuz i usually not have much time to eat. After class, i go straight to work and really dont have time to et anything healthy. I might eat a pack of crackers or something while in class but thats about it. When im at work, i usually have a snack about an hour or so before i get off so i can work out without my blood sugar dropping (im a diabetic). By the time im done working out, its about 7:30 or so and im the type of person who cant eat that late because thats where most of my weight comes from. What can i do about my eating schedule? Also, have you guys found that setting a certain date to be at your goal weight easy to follow rather than just having the weight be off by whenever? I'm... (view more)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 130 lb - how many calories should i eat 4 breakfast...how many 4 lunch... and how many 4 dinner. and i see theres another sophia here (whos lost a whole lot more than i have... congrats) so im gonna be sophia m. now...but its weird cuz were the same age and height and weight right now... anyways, i have 3 pounds to go and they wont come off. ive been working my butt off and i cant lose them. wats also weird is that i only have a week to lose them...just like the other sophia. thats freaky.

i've been on the weight watchers diet and walking a mile everyday. also, we have some weight lifting machines that i have been using. i am hoping to look good when school starts. i am going to be a senior this year and i want people to see me differently. i want them to think i look hott and also i have senior prom, then senior trip at the end of the year. i dont want to go to the beach with all my friends and be the only one who cant wear a bikini or the only one who a guy cant pick her up to play chicken.
i've never even had a boyfriend and im tired of it. no guys like me just because of my weight is what i think. i know its not true and i shouldnt let it bother me, but it does. really bad.
im a very picky eater and dont have many good choices to chose from. does anyone have any suggestions of foods and exercises i can do?

Ht. 5'10", Start: 185 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 155 lb - okay im super confused for the past 2 weeks i havent really been watching what i;ve eaten or like excersised and i lost 10 lbs how is that possiblee...i wonder if my scale is broken maybe thats it. becuase normally when i really focus i only lost like 5 lbs in 2 weeks.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So today was umm idk well in the morning i was lk mannn. I was not thinking (cuz today was my first day dieting) i ate a bowl of ice cream with cholte surp D= i can't belive i did that! then around 12:00 I ate 3 slices of pizza (because my mom told me that, that could be my lunch for today. I felt soo bad for that! I went outside and walked a mile also i just did 10 mins on the e-lip-ti-cle -- lol idk how to spell it. Anyways so that was my day. All i can say it tomarrow i am going to do so much better! Also i forgot. Me and my mom went to the book store and i did not have enough money for the "the diet for teenagers only" i wanted so i got this nice food and exercise journal that u count ur cals and excerice in. So today i had a great day of eating, but i havent signed up for the gym at my mom's house yet so i couldn't go to workout. Im going tomorrow to sign up and workout. But i did do my routine excersizes that i am determined to do everyday even though they are very tiring. Hope everyone has fantastic rst of the day.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so today my whole body is sore!! but I don't mind. I know this is the good sore...the sore that tells me something must be working! since I've been working out all week. Today I decided to relax. Also got my *thing* today..so really wasn't in the mood. I ended up relaxing too much...and ate like 2 cups of ice cream!!:( but I'm thinking that Wednesday will be my off day. I still feel guilty about the ice cream but I dont know. It was so tempting and getting my thing just kicked my apetite into overdrive, you know. Will get back in routine tomorrow! won't let my *thing* ruin stuff for me lol. Hope you all are doing good!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Today was not good. I repeat; awful. I was in my calorie range by eating: bowl of cereal and a bannana for breakfast, tomatoe soup and a wheat pita for lunch, salami and mozz sandwhich with cottage cheese. Then I had to be a fat ass and eat two brownies and some icecream. Grr...I pretty much hate myself right now. What's worse is that I didn't workout today because we had tornado warnings. I don't know why I caved. I estimate that I ate about 2100 calories today because the brownies were each 230 and I was around 1200 before the junk binge...so maybe smaller but 2100 to be safe. Yeah, I don't know if its tired or what it is. I've been awake for the past 36 hours straight so perhaps its a tired thing/self sabbotage to spike blood sugar and feel awake? I don't know but I do know that to pay for this, tomorrow I'm eating 800 calories.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i went running yesterday. it was a LOT moire enjoyable with my mp3 player! im starting to eat a lot more healthy. only 2day i had french toast for breakfast :X. o well.. the syurp only had like 100 calories in it though. ill just eat something really healthy for lunch. i really want to be 125 by august( im in my sisters wedding and i start high school) any way to speed this up? is it possible to lose 17 pounds by then?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 362 lb, Today: 384 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay, so everyone who read my last post and gave advice thanks. Just so you know, I've tried to get her to change her eating habits slightly and I've talked to my mom, but Jessie won't budgeon that. I didn't think it was possible, but I can tell now that she is noticibly eating much more than she usually does. And here's the kicker... she went to the doctor yesterday, and she's up 22 pounds from her last weigh in, which was a little less than three months ago. And the doctor talked to my mom about her weight, but I think it just went in one ear and out the other, seeing as afterwards we went to McDonald's and Jessie ate a ridiculous amount. And the docotrs visit was such an ordeal. Just walking into the building had Jessica panting like a dog, and red in the face. She is so UNBELIEVEABLY out of shape. Today wasn't as good as yesterday becuase I had lots of stuff to do and didn't get to exercise, but my eating wasn't too bad...sort of. Though it wasn't great. =/ Breakfast: 1 low-fat/whole-grain 100 calorie banana nut muffin (what a mouthful, lol--get it?), 1 cup skim milk. Lunch: 1 cup pasta with marinara sauce and 4 small meatballs, water. Snack: mini bottle of Coke Zero. Dinner: baked chicken, 1 cup macaroni salad w/o mayo (kinda bad I know), cucumbers, sugar-free lemonade. Dessert: Jello with Cool Whip Free. Nutritionally I know it sucked but calorie-wise I don't think it was too awful. Still, I'll do better tom and I will def. go on my bike. In other news, I'm volunteering at a summer camp in July and today I went to my instructor orientation from 2-4
and jewelry class from 6:15-8:30 so I had no time to work out but the orientation was a one-shot deal so whatever. Hope you guys are doing well, and I'm going to work extra hard because I want to look good for the cute guys who work there. ;) Jk.

to Jessica 22.... no i am not doing weight watchers i am just watching what i eat... i allow myself 1500cals a day of what ever i want...( more healthy food) i work out mon-friday and go walking for an hour at least 2 times a week...
