Ht. 5'7", Start: 227 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Hey, I haven't been on here in forever. So, I've been doing okay, lost 2 pounds in like a month. (I haven't even been doing a routine lol. :D) But, theres one think thats on my mind. I'm thinking about getting Wii Fit. I heard that its a good way to keep track of progress, and have fun exercising. Does anyone else have it? And I plan to actually work out, too... But one think that I'm concerned about is my diet. We don't have the most nuitricinal\healthy stuff in my house, and I can't really talk to my parents about me losing weight very easily. I don't know why, I just 'can't' do it. Another main reason why im going to lose weight is (apart from being healthy) actually looking decent, and not looking like a human blob.

First of all, stop saying you "can't" because if you really want to be thin and healthy, you can. If there is not one ounce of healthy food in your house, then just eat smaller portions of everything, and get moving! Go running, biking, play basketball, football, swim, anything that gets your heart rate up!

Keep it up! 2 lbs is a great start! Don't worry just eat as healthy as possible and eat smaller portions and make sure to have a snack or two so you won't get super-hungry between meals. I don't have a Wii but I have a PS2 and I think they have Dance Dance Revolution for that (DDR) and I heard that was pretty good, but I also heard Wii was good so I don't think it matters much. :) I'm sure you will get healthy and fit in no time. To get some definition just make sure you do a little weight lifting or a sculpting DVD in addition to normal cardio exercises like jogging. Hope I helped! =]
