Ht. 5'4", Start: 214 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 175 lb - do you guys think i can reach my goal weight by august?
i've been on the weight watchers diet and walking a mile everyday. also, we have some weight lifting machines that i have been using. i am hoping to look good when school starts. i am going to be a senior this year and i want people to see me differently. i want them to think i look hott and also i have senior prom, then senior trip at the end of the year. i dont want to go to the beach with all my friends and be the only one who cant wear a bikini or the only one who a guy cant pick her up to play chicken.
i've never even had a boyfriend and im tired of it. no guys like me just because of my weight is what i think. i know its not true and i shouldnt let it bother me, but it does. really bad.
im a very picky eater and dont have many good choices to chose from. does anyone have any suggestions of foods and exercises i can do?

This is definitely possible! Make sure you get in a little bit more cardio than just one mile though. IF you can't run or jog, then speed walking or riding your bike for a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times a week should help you out a lot. Also, keep your calories at around 1400, and you'll be at your goal in no time!

definately- but maybe bump up your cardio a bit more- one mile isn't too much especially if youre just walking it. put in maybe spurts of jogging or do two miles. just keep building up on it. your cardio should be making you sweat a breathe a bit heavier- then you know you're burning a lot of calories! keep it up, you're doing awesome!

Yes definitely!! It's a totally reachable goal! And Weight Watchers is awesome, my mom is a lifetime member becuase she lost like 65 lbs on it and my doc said it's a good program. Just believe in yourself, and I know how you feel about body image it bugs me too. But whoever is meant for you should look past your appearance otherwise they're just an arsehole so don't let any snarky guys or baitches get ya down girl! I'd recommend buying Bobbi Brown Teenage Beauty, a great book that will help you find your personal style and feel good about yourself, or check out the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty at http://www.dove.us/#/cfrb/

yes i think u can its only 17 pounds ur lucky im trying to be 175 too by summers end and i weigh 198 so i have to lose 21 pounds and i kno i can do it and ur on weight watchers so that should help u alot i was on weight watchers for like 2 years then stoped i was 123 but oh well :D
