Ht. 5'4", Start: 214 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 175 lb - do you guys think i can reach my goal weight by august? i've been on the weight watchers diet and walking a mile everyday. also, we have some weight lifting machines that i have been using. i am hoping to look good when school starts. i am going to be a senior this year and i want people to see me differently. i want them to think i look hott and also i have senior prom, then senior trip at the end of the year. i dont want to go to the beach with all my friends and be the only one who cant wear a bikini or the only one who a guy cant pick her up to play chicken. i've never even had a boyfriend and im tired of it. no guys like me just because of my weight is what i think. i know its not true and i shouldnt let it bother me, but it does. really bad. im a very picky eater and dont have many good choices to chose from. does anyone have any suggestions of foods and exercises i can do? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!
