Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 105 lb - hey everybody...some of u might know that im a terrible binge eater...i have to go to therapy and take pills and eat about 8000 calories within about 5 hours...and i will eat anything and everything...the only thing that holds me off a tiny bit is quaker weight control oatmeal! i suggest u eat it! its really good and has more dietary fiber and protein then regular oatmeal and only 1 gram of sugar! i like it alot...but im still a binger:( who else here eats it?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I saw this really cute shirt on sale, a size L, so I got it. What a steal! And I was happy so see that it doesn't look bad. The arms are a bit tight, but I know once I loose 15 lbs it should be great! After I got it I decided to make some goals for myself too. When I loose 10lbs I'm going to buy myself some new jewelry. When I loose 20lbs I'm going to buy a new computer game. And when I get to my goal I'm going shopping! And for the 5 pounds in between I'll get a mani of something like that. I hope these sound good lol. :]

Ht. 5'5", Start: 215 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey everyone! It's been awhile since I've been on this site but I came back to share some tips. For the past week I cut out all junk food and take out food, I eat 3 meals a day (breakfast,lunch,supper) with water to drink only, and if I am hungry between meals I will eat a banana. I went walking at a medium speed 4 times in this past week for 45 minutes each. After my walk, I would light jog back up my street for 15 seconds. A week ago, I weighed 215 lbs and I weighed myself this morning and I now weigh 209 lbs. So I lost 6 pounds in 1 week by doing all of this. I encourage everyone to try this & you will deffinatley see a difference. The hardest part for me was the walking because I am so out of shape. But now that I am starting to see results, I am more motivated to get out and walk ! Good luck everyone !!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 226 lb, Today: 255 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I am very overweight. I can't see my toes, I can't touch my toes. I hate stairs because i get out of breath. I have no time to exercise and hate all healthy foods. Does anyone have anything I could do?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 145 lb - today was ok i still have my gold stars going i really love looking at them.... i didnt go over my cals and i still worked out.and i found a few people to be workout and/or weight loss buddys with. i have a weight in friday i'm worried but can;t wait to see what's going on.....
oh and a little tip if you are craving chocolate try some jello it't sweet cool and only 10 cals per cup or you can really have the whole box for about 30 or 40ish cals..

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Here's my damage for today ... this morning I ate a soft chocolate chip cookies and 5 caramel chews. Then later on I ate about like 4-5 fries from BK...then later on I ate a big bowl of choc-vanilla icecream. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? I don't know :( I think I was like high or something today. It was weird. Well, it was a one timer--it will not happen again, mark my words!! no seriously...mark them, cause I can't let things slide that. Time is preciouss! Sept is around the corner and I haven't lost a single pound :( hope you all did good atleast!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I really wish I was skinny. I am popular and everything but all of my friends are skinny and why cant I be? I've tried EVERYTHING! Fasting, purging. I am really active I play basketball, field hockey, softball I ride horses. But I just cant seem to lose weight. I never get teased about it because I am a "Popular". And we just dont. But that eats me up inside because we always talk about the other fat kids and it pains me to say that..... I just wish I was skinny...

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so I was just wondering. Since like last year I've gained 18 lbs right. I remmeber going to the doctor and hearing that horrid news!:( Anyway, the thing is..all of my clothes still fit, so what exactly does that mean? I don't get it. I thought everything would've gotten tighter but everything fits just as is it did before, so what does that mean? I don't know. I'm confused, still I hope to lose that 18 lbs gain andd an extra 2..to make it 20!! I just didn't understand the whole clothes-still-fitting thing lol. Not like I DON'T want them to fit, I just want to know why it is the way it is. Ok, going now. Good luckk guys, I'm rooting for you all!! yes I am =)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - despite eating terribly yesterday, i decided to do like 10 mins of a workout video called turbo jam (10 minutes is all i can do without getting reallllly bored). then i got on the scale today and its like in between 169 and 170. im almost in the 160s! i think one or two more days of dieting and i will be. yay :)i cant wait to be slim. everyone says i look slim now but i feel all fat and squishy still lol well good luck everyone. we can do it

I had a health bar and then mac and cheese, and then just munching on things all day. It always feels like I can do a Diet for about a wek and then I just hive up. How do I make sure that I don't just stop what I've been doning. I feel like I have been doing good, but now I just messed every thing up. I haven't been in the 240's since idk. what should I do!!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi guys. Well, since my scale is broken for now (gotta fix that, darn batteries...) I decided to take my measurements. Of course I'm not happy, but the thing is--see, I have a naturally large bone structure but I'm ok with that, though I don't look 178 more like 168, but I'd just be satisfied if I could tone up just a little. I don't care about having the "perfect" body or looking "super-hot" I just wanna be healthy and would like to loose 2 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my hips/lower belly, 3 inches from my thighs, and just tone up my arms. How can I do this, like what kinds of exercises? How long will it take? HELP!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - i ate pretty terribly today, but i didnt go way over my calories. i ate around 1500 calories today but of bad foods (ice cream, french fries). as long as i didnt go way over my calories im sure thats fine for one day. but tomorrow im going back to my routine. i hope to be roughly 165 by sometime in july. i think i can do it. oh and something really exciting, i only have to lose 6 more lbs (get to 164lbs) to be in a healthy weight range. but ill be right at the end of the healthy weight range so im aiming for the middle. id have to be anywhere between 140 and 150lbs to be in the middle. god i cant wait. i just want a nice toned body. no more flabbiness. lol anyways good luck guys ! :)
