Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys. Just had a question. Usually when I'm watching TV, I sit on my exercise ball and bounce up and down lol. Does that burn any calories? I feel my stomach and legs pressing but I dunno if it means anything.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - I most likely won't be on until next week, but I just wanted to say that in place of a dessert or chocolate-y snack a Chocolate Underground Stonyfield Farm Organic yogurt is yummy and kicks a craving to the curb. It is a little high in calories though, so save if for a dessert or a snack between lunch and dinner.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 117 lb - So I'm down another Pound! I feel like I'm finally making progress but I'm going to up my workouts to 6 days a week and eat at least two salads a day with just veggies in them. I am guessing that I will be where I want to be in a year to a year and a half. As long as I can keep it off for the long run I'm willing to take it slow. So how are you all doing? What works best for you guys?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - by the way, tomorrow marks one year since i took my weight seriously (i had lost ten pounds before that but never tried again) and ive lost 44 pounds!. i wish it would have been more but i lose slowly, and id much rather be the weight i am now as compared to 215lbs a year ago. stay strong !

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay so today i biked for like 20 minutes and i am sweating like crazy right now lol my legs are killing me, i havent biked since like september so im kind of out of shape for it. but im going to continue doing this throughout the summer. ilove biking in the summer because u get a nice breeze and u can drive by all the nice trees and yards. i love it. i looove summer. i cant wait til the waters warm enough to swim. ill go do laps lol im just really worried about myself lately. i try and count calories and do well but i screw up daily. but my bf and his immense appetite have a lot to do with it. hes out of town though for 4 or 5 days so im going to stick to my diet and exercise and hopefully be in the 160s by the time he gets back. i know i can do it because when im strict i can easily lose 2 pounds in less than a week. well good luck everyone! and dont let the scale get you down

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I really have nothing intelligent to say right now, but I really just need to vent. GRRRR!!! If I see one more question worksheet about "Romeo and Juliet" I'm going to crack. My head feels like it's about to explode becuase I have finals this week and basically didn't get to do much real studying because I had HOMEWORK to finish over the weekend! I might have been able to avoid a bit of it if I'd planned better, but jeez, I'm only 15 and I need to relax and have a life! I'm really stressed and on top of it I think it's going to be that time of the month again. Ugh this sucks! And tomorrow is my last full day of classes; Wed-Fri I have exams and then next week I have like 2 days and I'm free! But compared to last year, when I was loosing weight and weighed around 163 lbs, I feel terrible. Last year I actually looked forward to summer and shopping, but now I'm like WTF becuase I haven't weighed this much since 2006 and I'm majorly upset. SORRY ABOUT THIS LONG AND POINTLESS POST BUT I HAD TO LET IT OUT!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone. so i see there is another Jessica on here. to keep on track of who is who my name is now jessica jo. which is my middle name...jo. but anyways. today i went to the gym and did 2 hours of cardio and about 10 minutes of weight taining. i also watched oprah today. it was about weightloss. there was one lady who had lost 530 pounds! another was a man who lost 400 pounds. and they did this all without surgery and starving. they just ate healthy and slowly began to excersice. well that is a great motivator. because if she can lose 530 pounds then i can lose about 30!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 120 lb - My two best friends are both so much skinnier than I am. They are both nerds, like me, but both have boyfriends, unlike me. We went on a feild trip to a park today with our grade, and I had a very good time. There was only one bad thing. They served us such bad food. All they had was greasy pizza, soda, and chips. I was really hungry so I had two pieces of pizza. That was terrible. And, to make matters worse, I had chips and a soda because I gave into my cravings. On top of that, I got no exercise today. And, worst of all, my skinny best friend says she's on a "diet" and didn't eat anything! I am so mad at her for starving herself, but I'm even madder at my self because I ate all that crap and let her eat nothing. (I am sorry this is so long, I had to let my feelings out). I am gonna go ride my bike now... (sigh)...

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So, my "best friend" (the girl I was talking about in my previous post) all of a sudden weighs less than me..when I was the one who started the diet plan and she said I inspired her! but I think she's been starving herself secretly because I don't see her anymore (since we go to differnt colleges) and she hangs out with these new skinny girls whom I think are messing her up and she's been obessed with her weight ever since she met them. Anyway, before (when she was fat) she used to wear glassses, wear looser clothing and just be an all around, sweet and nice person who wasn't concerned about her looks and just wanted to get by. Now all of a sudden she has contact lens, straigtnes her hair, wears makeup, fitted clothes, notices guys and tells me how they notice her and she just seems to be drifitn away from me and going with those other girls.
