BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 215 lb, Today: 206 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ok! 9lbs down, 56 more to go until i've reached my first huge goal weight.lol. anyways- i've found this great site where you enter all the foods you eat and your exercise and it gives you pie charts of your protein/carbs/fats, and a detailed nutritional analysis of what you ate that way. plus it charts your progress. i love it- it makes it so i don't have to stress out so much figuring it out myself- plus i like how technical and straight forward the charts are. at first i just used the free account but i just updated and i paid $30 for an entire year! if anyone is interested in it- comment with your email because i get a discount if i refer people who use the site (sorry- not i'm not spamming or anything, i would just like the perks if you're going to use it anyways, if not- that's fine too). some other sites where you can figure it out yourself are www.caloriesperhour.com and calorieking.com
