Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys. Just had a question. Usually when I'm watching TV, I sit on my exercise ball and bounce up and down lol. Does that burn any calories? I feel my stomach and legs pressing but I dunno if it means anything.

Yes, it's great yo help build thigh definition as well. Not a LOT, mind you, but it's better than nothing! :P

i've done 300 situps today. i felt obligated to do that many because i felt so guilty for not being able to go out and walk like i normally do. i pulled a something in my leg yesterday and it hurts to walk. i try to keep motivated all day. i usually do a great job not eating until it gets dark. it's like the darkness takes over my appetite or something. pity. now i feel awful for eating so much after dinner.
