Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 125 lb - O.K.A.Y. guys. i REALLY want an elliptical. Anyone have one? well they burn like MUCHO calories and that includes fat calories. it majore important for fast weight loss. and its fun. they are just fun. i want on desperetly. grrrr. but if i dont find a used one a goodwill then my dad will not buy me a new one. grrr. anyways. going good. i painted the kitchen today while my dad was at work. i ran just a little bit this morning. i really do not like running. its like so gross. so i should be 135 before highschool. oh and every sunday i get to have a treat. but it has to be small. like this sunday i will be able to have one of those small dark chocolate dove bars. its like 250 calories, and its dark chocolate wich is actually good for you in moderation. ok buy.

Woohoo, im getting so close to my goal =]
Im starting to really notice a difference in my body now which makes me feel so good.
Its getting harder to stay on track though cos i just feel hungry all the time :s its not cos im not eating enough though bcos i have bfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack so im definitley eating enough!
It may be because im off school on study leave as i have exams just now so its a lot harder being in the house alone all day surrounded by food! Im back at school on monday though so things should get even better then!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 217 lb, Goal: 117 lb - So I have been overweight my whole life. I have always always wanted to be thin. So I just joined Weight Watchers with a friend and I have begun working out again. I work out Tue, Fri, and Sat at the gym at work and I work out for about an hour as of now. I also am starting a Yoga class wednesday (tomorrow) and I have never done Yoga before but it is supposed to be good for stress. My family has such a huge history of obesity and bad health and I want the trend to break with me. My mom died in July due to health complications and my Dad is very sick now too because of his health. I want to live a long healthy life. I would love support. hey everyone i am 5'3 and weigh 160 lbs!! errr i gained 20 pounds since the middle of the school year!! i would really like 2 lose 30 lbs. this summer...do u think thats possible to do in about 2 and 1/2 months? about how much exercise should i do and how much should i eat? ive also noticed that if im not watching tv i dont eat alot. what activities should i do that are fun but are good calorie burners? please respond!!!

Ht. 5'10", Start: 207 lb, Today: 207 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So I’m new to this whole diet thing. I’ve gained 30 pounds since this time 2 years ago. I haven't gained any height either. Could the weight gain been because my body maturing? Anyhoo. I recently started doing step aerobics with my mother, and I’m doing abdominal work outs at the end of the day. Starting tomorrow I will be keeping track of my food intake, and I’ll calculate the calories and stuff up, and once the weather gets nice I’ll be walking, possibly going down to the track and jogging if the summer school kids aren’t down there. I really want and need to get in shape! I think it’s really neat, because my mother is doing this whole weight loss thing with me, she’s afraid she’s going to get diabetes when she gets older, I’ve always wanted to lose weight, but I never really tried, I've always blown it off, but having someone to do it with it’s really interesting. so. i'm pretty much veerry fat.
i hate it. i can't wear cute stuff or anything.
I am doing something about it though. i joined weight watchers and its amazing. i do it online so no meetings or anything. and i can have w/e i want in small quantities. it shows you how you can save calories or have this instead of this. i can even have icecream! i would highly recommend it.
i recently bought a scale though and i'm addicted i weigh myself twice a day=/ which isn't good. but everything else is super!

Cheerios? lol which are also really healthy and taste great and help lower cholesterol and stuff. Let me know! good luck, all :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Memorial Day weekend was DISASTROUS for me! I feel so horrible. I feel generally unhealthy, tired, bloated, I get frequent headaches, my back hurts, and I can barely fit into my clothes from last year. But last year, when I was thinner, guess what? I RARELY OR NEVER had these problems. It really sucks! . So I made a pact with myself. Today I ate pretty well so far and I'm going to do some light exercise and I've decided that every times I loose 10 lbs I'm going to by myself a new computer game. :/ Thanks for putting up with my ranting.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 123 lb - So guys. you know whats funny. if one day goes a little wrong you turn around and make the next day great! yesterday i ate an entire bag of organic popcorn. well it wasnt in ONE sitting. it was throughout the day. but whole bag was about 750 calories. (it was 140 calories for 2 cups) and then on top of that i've come to realize that my sister is anorexic. and started crying because she is starting to look gross. and that she is so skinny and i feel like a fat cow around her. But today has gone great so far. when i woke up i did this bike machine and burned 1000 calories! and then i ate oatmeal with a banana. yummy. well hope you guys are doing well. =]

I gave up last week and I really need someone to motivate me. I just have 16 more pounds to lose for my 160 dollar skateboard! I am SUPPOSE to weigh 100 because I am only 5 foot and I am freaking out! I have a stupid eating disorder and I need help.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 156 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hey, I've been victim of the Freshman 15. I'm gonna try to lose some of the weight this summer. I've always struggled with my weight. I know I'm not immensely overweight, but I want to be more healthy. Ok, here's how I've done so far. Breakfast: HUGE glass of water and a bowl of special K with fresh strawberries. Lunch: Diet Iced tea(no calorie), a small hotdog, 1/2 cup light macaroni salad,(noodles and veggies) 1/4 cup baked beans, 1/4 cup cottage cheese. Snack: sugar free klondike bar. Lunch really wasn't as much as it looks like a swear, it was all small portions. Exercise: ran for 20 minutes (no stopping). Not too bad?
