Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ok so im reading everyones posts and just want to send an encouraging message to keep it up. We are all in this together. So today i had a great day of eating, but i havent signed up for the gym at my mom's house yet so i couldn't go to workout. Im going tomorrow to sign up and workout. But i did do my routine excersizes that i am determined to do everyday even though they are very tiring. Hope everyone has fantastic rst of the day.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so today my whole body is sore!! but I don't mind. I know this is the good sore...the sore that tells me something must be working! since I've been working out all week. Today I decided to relax. Also got my *thing* today..so really wasn't in the mood. I ended up relaxing too much...and ate like 2 cups of ice cream!!:( but I'm thinking that Wednesday will be my off day. I still feel guilty about the ice cream but I dont know. It was so tempting and getting my thing just kicked my apetite into overdrive, you know. Will get back in routine tomorrow! won't let my *thing* ruin stuff for me lol. Hope you all are doing good!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Today was not good. I repeat; awful. I was in my calorie range by eating: bowl of cereal and a bannana for breakfast, tomatoe soup and a wheat pita for lunch, salami and mozz sandwhich with cottage cheese. Then I had to be a fat ass and eat two brownies and some icecream. Grr...I pretty much hate myself right now. What's worse is that I didn't workout today because we had tornado warnings. I don't know why I caved. I estimate that I ate about 2100 calories today because the brownies were each 230 and I was around 1200 before the junk binge...so maybe smaller but 2100 to be safe. Yeah, I don't know if its tired or what it is. I've been awake for the past 36 hours straight so perhaps its a tired thing/self sabbotage to spike blood sugar and feel awake? I don't know but I do know that to pay for this, tomorrow I'm eating 800 calories.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i went running yesterday. it was a LOT moire enjoyable with my mp3 player! im starting to eat a lot more healthy. only 2day i had french toast for breakfast :X. o well.. the syurp only had like 100 calories in it though. ill just eat something really healthy for lunch. i really want to be 125 by august( im in my sisters wedding and i start high school) any way to speed this up? is it possible to lose 17 pounds by then?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 362 lb, Today: 384 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay, so everyone who read my last post and gave advice thanks. Just so you know, I've tried to get her to change her eating habits slightly and I've talked to my mom, but Jessie won't budgeon that. I didn't think it was possible, but I can tell now that she is noticibly eating much more than she usually does. And here's the kicker... she went to the doctor yesterday, and she's up 22 pounds from her last weigh in, which was a little less than three months ago. And the doctor talked to my mom about her weight, but I think it just went in one ear and out the other, seeing as afterwards we went to McDonald's and Jessie ate a ridiculous amount. And the docotrs visit was such an ordeal. Just walking into the building had Jessica panting like a dog, and red in the face. She is so UNBELIEVEABLY out of shape. And she definitely turned some heads out in public. You can't ignore someone that big. ... (view more)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 192 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im 3 pounds away from my goal and i have 1 and a half weeks to lose the other 3!!!! im so exited!!!!! i feel great!!! keep trying every1!!! you can all do it!!!!! youll feel so good about yourself after its all over!!!!!! now... how do i lose 3 pounds in 1 and a half weeks??? it shouldnt be that hard... but do i push myself like crazy or just keep going at the same pace i was??

Today wasn't as good as yesterday becuase I had lots of stuff to do and didn't get to exercise, but my eating wasn't too bad...sort of. Though it wasn't great. =/ Breakfast: 1 low-fat/whole-grain 100 calorie banana nut muffin (what a mouthful, lol--get it?), 1 cup skim milk. Lunch: 1 cup pasta with marinara sauce and 4 small meatballs, water. Snack: mini bottle of Coke Zero. Dinner: baked chicken, 1 cup macaroni salad w/o mayo (kinda bad I know), cucumbers, sugar-free lemonade. Dessert: Jello with Cool Whip Free. Nutritionally I know it sucked but calorie-wise I don't think it was too awful. Still, I'll do better tom and I will def. go on my bike. In other news, I'm volunteering at a summer camp in July and today I went to my instructor orientation from 2-4
and jewelry class from 6:15-8:30 so I had no time to work out but the orientation was a one-shot deal so whatever. Hope you guys are doing well, and I'm going to work extra hard because I want to look good for the cute guys who work there. ;) Jk.

to Jessica 22.... no i am not doing weight watchers i am just watching what i eat... i allow myself 1500cals a day of what ever i want...( more healthy food) i work out mon-friday and go walking for an hour at least 2 times a week...

I really want to loose some weight before my first day of high school. I want to be less shy and have more friends. And finally have a boyfriend. I know its going to take alot of hard work but i feel that this site is going to help alot. Right now im trying to drink at least 2 cups of water before I go to bed lol. All of you seem really awsome and really dertermined to loose the weight. I hope all of you do good!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I feel I did well today...minus the coffee. For breakfast I had a bowl of honey bunches of oats. Lunch was 3/4 can of tomato soup mixed with water. Dinner was 60 cals of cottage cheese and six sushi pieces (195 cals according to the box it was 390 for the whole 12 pieces) Then came coffee disaster. 350 cals worth of nonfat white mocha no whipped cream. So I had a little under 1500 cals. I'm trying this new thing where I replace one meal with chicken broth or very low cal soup and stick to my three a day. I'd ideally like to eat 1200 cals a day because that will be a nice deficit. I worked out rowing for an hour and should hopefully see results. I'm hungry now. I usually lose on 2000 a day so hopefully I see better results by eating way less. Hurrah.
