Ht. 5'4", Start: 192 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im 3 pounds away from my goal and i have 1 and a half weeks to lose the other 3!!!! im so exited!!!!! i feel great!!! keep trying every1!!! you can all do it!!!!! youll feel so good about yourself after its all over!!!!!! now... how do i lose 3 pounds in 1 and a half weeks??? it shouldnt be that hard... but do i push myself like crazy or just keep going at the same pace i was??

i worked my butt off(literally). i watched wut i ate and didnt have any dessert. i excercised about 4 times a day and did pilates at least twice a day. its best to excersice with an ipod or mp3. and maybe with a buddy...i also lifted weights each day.

keep doing wat you are now.. workout 2times a day instead of one....pace yourself
