Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i went running yesterday. it was a LOT moire enjoyable with my mp3 player! im starting to eat a lot more healthy. only 2day i had french toast for breakfast :X. o well.. the syurp only had like 100 calories in it though. ill just eat something really healthy for lunch. i really want to be 125 by august( im in my sisters wedding and i start high school) any way to speed this up? is it possible to lose 17 pounds by then?

anything is possible.. take your time.. pace yoursef.. eat right and workout

yeah its possible. keep trying and push yourself a little harder every time u exercise. i lost 6 pounds in 1 week so u should b able 2 lose 17 in 2 months.
