Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Today was not good. I repeat; awful. I was in my calorie range by eating: bowl of cereal and a bannana for breakfast, tomatoe soup and a wheat pita for lunch, salami and mozz sandwhich with cottage cheese. Then I had to be a fat ass and eat two brownies and some icecream. Grr...I pretty much hate myself right now. What's worse is that I didn't workout today because we had tornado warnings. I don't know why I caved. I estimate that I ate about 2100 calories today because the brownies were each 230 and I was around 1200 before the junk binge...so maybe smaller but 2100 to be safe. Yeah, I don't know if its tired or what it is. I've been awake for the past 36 hours straight so perhaps its a tired thing/self sabbotage to spike blood sugar and feel awake? I don't know but I do know that to pay for this, tomorrow I'm eating 800 calories.

buy lower fat versions of ice cream or ice lollies. you can get some with hardly any calories so you can lick and nibble all evening

SLOW DOWN JENN! You don't need to go crazy and deprive yourself. Just make smart choices and work out and it shouldn't effect you. Seriously, it will be alright! =) As for ice creams, Edy's/Breyer's Churned Light Fat Free ice creams are so creamy and yummy they taste like regular stuff! Or buy fat-free frozen yogurt or sugar-free ice cream (doesn't mean you can pig out though) or natural 100% juice or low-sugar Popsicles. Also, popping a FEW mints of brushing your teeth kick cravings fast. ^_^ Hope I helped!

Also, does anyone have any tips for knocking out junkfood cravings besides out of the house? I have such an icecream weakness...

What I meant was 100% fruit juice Popsicles or low-sugar ones.
