Well, I woke up late (12:00) and feel sort of screwed up but my darn alarm clock didn't ring like it was supposed to, so not my fault. :) Breakfast: 3/4 cup Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal w/ 1 cup skim milk, 6 oz. glass of fruit juice. Snack: nonfat frozen yogurt. Lunch: garden veggie soup, 1/2 a sandwhich (grilled pepper and mozarella), water. Snack: 1 and 1/2 cups pasta mixed with roasted corn and beans. Dinner: eggplant parm (a piece about the size of a deck of cards, hardly any cheese), string beans. Throughout the day I had water and sugar-free lemonade or iced tea. Dessert: fruit Popsicle. Exercise: A little walking. Overall I don't think my diet has been too bad but I need to vamp up my activity level. =]

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg people im scared now really bad and i really need help now...you probably aleady know about how i eat over 8000 calories a day and i have to see a therapist and take medication...well today...i ate over 10,000 calories!!!(dont even ask what i ate!)...but after it...I PUKED! idk what came over me but i do not want to become bulimic!!!!! i just freaked out and made myself puke....im scared tomarrow im gonna do the same thing!(cuz im not eating for the rest of today, i ate tooo much already!) i dont wanna switch from binge eating/overeating to bulimia and i dont know why i even puked in the first place...but in a way, it felt good(even though everything didnt come out!) im just scared...has this happened to anybody else??! please, i dont wanna be switching from different eating disorders all my life...i just want to eat normal and be a healthy weight and look better!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 150 lb - k so, obviously screwed up for like an entire week but today i changed that pattern and im going to go strong. i really wanna be in the 160s for when i go to canadas wonderland on july 18th. ill feel better about being in public if i know i look my best. i WAS 170, but i messed up and am now anywhere between 173-175. but i can lose it. i have faith. just a minor setback im sure therell be more in the future but ive got to press on otherwise ill just gain everything back if i give up. good luck guys

So I know you guys said to invest in a measuring tape but I don't have one right now...I just wanted to know if there's any other way you see that you've lost weight even if it DOESN'T show up on the scale? Is that possible? to have lost some weight with it not showing up on the scale? because I don't know if I'm hallucinating but I'm starting to see collarbones and my shoulders look like they've got thinner and my stomach looks more in. I don't know if I'm delusional because I WANT to see these things or if I'm really seeing them lol...because my scale hasn't gone down or up! so I don't get it? ALSO, just wanted to say that I didn't even have a DROP of ice cream yesterday! lol YAYYY! my first :) maybe because I finished it out the other day so that I have none to eat lol anyway hope you all are doing good...and I can see that there are some new people here, welcome aboard people! =)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 362 lb, Today: 384 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay, so my bro Jeremey told me to come write on these boards. He wants me to lse weight. I kind of do to, but I just don't know. I just love to eat. I eat until I'm full and just continue. I pig out all day everyday, and to tell the truth I love it. I know it's bad for my health, but I don't even care. Ever since my dad left things have been down hill, but eating fixes that if just for a little while. I know I'm pretty big... no, no, I'm HUGE, but I'd rather eat than lose weight, because it makes me feel better. I know he wants me to, but I just can't seem to stop. It is kind of scary though, because it is getting so hard to walk. I can barely stand, and most of the time I need help getting up. I get so out of breathe and it's so hard to move. Ht. 5'7", Start: 178 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi, i'm shannon :) i'm new here. i joined because for the past year i have been in denial of how big i have gotten. two years ago i was 128lbs and then i just started eating horribly and gaining weight like crazy. yesterday i went to the doctor and i weighed in at 178lbs! im so sick of being big so i'm going to try to get back to my size two years ago. i have to eat every few hours or i get really dizzy and sick so this is my meal plan:
9:00 Special k 3/4 cup with 2% milk (200 calories)..CHECK
11:00 Banana (100 calories)...CHECK
3:00 Salad (lettuce, cucumber, grape tomato, carrots (100 calories) OR Two cups of fruit salad (150 calories)
5:00 Plum (30 calories)
7:00 Lean meat, one peice and two cups of veggies (Meat 160 calories, Brocoli 30 calories, 25 calories = 205 calories)
My doctor said that my meal plan is fine. Im also going to walk or run everyday and swim.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok on july 3 i weigh my self and go to the doctor my doctor is really mean about my weight but i havent seen him sense i was 228 pounds so if he says anything ima kill him just flat out kill him. oh and i walk 3 miles today and have another 2 or 3 to go i really hope i lost some thing i havent weigh my self sense march so i would like have lost about 5 to 10 (maybe more iv been workin my a** off)pounds. NO but really that man is died if he pisses me off for real.

So for the past couple of weeks i've only been going to the gym max 3 days a week instead of my usual 5-6 days a week and I haven't been watching what I eat really since i've had to go to 49584358 graduation parties, and I actually lost a pound. I don't know how it happened, but I know it's not gonna last so I decided to restart my routine today. I had:
a nonfat organic greek yogurt=140 cals
south beach whole grain wrap=110 cals
4 slices of turkey=88 cals
2 slices american cheese=200 cals
2 pieces of pizza(eek, i know)= 500 cals
a serving of cool ranch doritos= 200 cals
a serving of miracle whip for my wrap=50 cals
total cals=1288, not that bad at all since my trainer said i could go up to 1500 on the days that I DON'T work out and 1800 on the days... (view more)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Eating is such a bad thing for me im going to say all the things that i ate today sandwhich 2 wheat pices of bread tosted 2 pecies of trukey with it and mayo then g-bar then another one of them sandwhich and later i ate a wrap with alot of hame and trukey on it with coby jack cheese and then for dinner i ate 1 pint of white rice. So i did so bad today. I went 2 mile walk a half mile bike ride and i burned 120 cals on the e-lip-ti-cle plus i drank 4 cups of water ugh for the next month of summer i have i am going to beat my slef up i AM going to loose it

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So i have been doing pretty good but i have 2 well maybe 3 huge problems 1. is that i always eat when im bored, and i know its when im bored beacause i always say im hungrey and its when im not really doing anything so its out of bordum. 2. Im haveing trouble with gettting my self up and exceriseing its like i want to do it im just to lazy to and i just keep saying that ill do it later then i don't. So that is a bad thing and 3. i just can't stay mo-a-vated i mean when ever i eat im just saying "oh ill never loose it" then i just eat and eat and then later im like i can't keep doing this. So i don't know what to do with this problem. Can some of u guys tell me any tips to deal with this stuff? Thanks and i hope u guys are doing well (it looks like it) good luck!

Breakfast: 1 slice low-fat frozen French toast (it's four-grain bread) with margerine, fruit juice, a yogurt, and water. Snack: Special K bar. Lunch: veggie burger with fat-free cheese, grilled onions, and ketchup, and some satueed (sp?) potatoes with carrots. Snack: roasted corn and bean salad with garlic and salt. Dinner: grilled salmon with apple glaze, salad. Dessert: low-fat pudding cup with Cool Whip Lite. I had water and sugar-free lemonade throughout the day to keep hydrated. Unfortunately, I didn't know the guy who came to replace our old gunky blinds was coming today, so I had to wait around all day becuase of course he never comes on time so hae came late and by that time my mom was coming home from work. SO yeah no exercise. :( BUT tomorrow is a totally free day for me so I plan on doing some Pilates and walking after dinner. Kay tell me how I did plz and thanx!
