Ht. 5'4", Start: 214 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 175 lb - ok so i just woke up and weighed myself. im down to 189. it makes me really happy to be in the 180s even though im 1 pound away from 190. haha. but it still feels great. i have a condition where somedays my legs will hurt, somedays its my arms, mouth, feet, you name it, it hurts. this has been going on since i was in 5th grade and no doctor can tell me what it wrong. once again, im going to a doctor friday to see what he says. all these doctors have told me if i lose weight maybe it will get better because there wont be so much pressure on my legs and stuff. well i've lost about 20 lbs. and it hasnt stopped. my leg is hurting right now but im pushing through it. im going to be a senior this year and i want to look good. i've never had a boyfriend and im not blaming it on how i look. there are a couple guys who like me right now.. just not the ones i like. but i want to look hott and my mom told me i could get my belly button pierced if i lost 20 lbs.. well here it is and im not sure if i want it done. i've wanted it pierced forever and now i just dont know. maybe i'll wait till i lose 20 more. that will motivate me. anyways, any suggestions just reply.. mabye we can help each other out!

I sort of understand what you mean, sometimes I get these random pains that happen to me too. But as I'm loosing weight it does help me so I'm sure it will for you as well. Try some yoga, it's great for stretching and toning muscles. And the bellybutton thing can be a little risky so do some research, but I think waiting until you loose 20lbs will definitely motivate you, that's what I would do!
