Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 131 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok. 1lb left!!!!!! but... yesterday i was really bad with my eating. i ate WAY too little... i only had 360 calories all day. because of my religion, i wasnt allowed to eat meat or dairy yesterday and there wasnt much around the house that i could eat. i had 2 pieces of wheat bread 4 breakfast= 110 calories. i dint eat unch but i snacked on puff corn all day= 150 calories. for dinner i had 3 four inch pancakes= 100 calories. i wasnt hungary at all. i also have a problem with the scale. i set myself a date to weigh but i end up weighing like every day. im supossed 2 weigh twice a week and i end up weighing like 7 times.

Don't worry, religion is one of those things ya just gotta suck up so just focus on making today a better day. Btw, beleive me, weighing yourself every day is NOT accurate. Water weight from your salt intake, the time of day, and whether or not you're on your period effects the scale and the numbers will fluctuate. Try to weigh yourself every Monday cuz it's the start of a new week. =D Hope I helped.
