Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ugh. okay- so today i was doing okay, not the greatest- but i got out of work with 900 cals under my belt for the day and decided to eat anywhere from 1200 to 1500 today. it was rainign so i left my bike chained on campus and took the bus home. but the bus comes about an hour after i get out of work so i decided to go into dunkin donuts- i gave in and had one boston kreme donut and a lite mocha iced latte. i though i totally blew it (well- i mean, i did anyways because that's waaay more sugar than a body need ), then i went home and looked up the calories- and i can't find the right calories for a lite mocha latte- a lite vanilla latte is 80 cals, and a regular mocha latte is 230 cals- so i figured mine was maybe 100-200 cals, the donut was 270, so- as long as i don't eat anything else tonight i'm still within my caloric limits! nice- wasn't expecting that! also- my financial aid is absolutely outstanding this year! thye're paying me 3,000 per semster! lol! i'm not sure if i'm allowed to keep that for bills or if it has to go back to the government though...idk. it would be nice if i could use it for bills and perhaps my graduation dinner for all of my family (i'm a senior this year in college, i put 18 or 19 years old, but i'm really 20- but idk since this is a teens bulliten board, but it's so supportive, so sorry if i'm too old!). i'm pretty happy (not to mention full!) right now. i may exersize once my tummy settles a bit from the sugar overdose. although i also rode my bike to work today. yay!!! sorry if i was bragging, just relieved/absurdly happy!
