Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey all. This is how it went today. Well, I woke up late (12:00) and feel sort of screwed up but my darn alarm clock didn't ring like it was supposed to, so not my fault. :) Breakfast: 3/4 cup Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal w/ 1 cup skim milk, 6 oz. glass of fruit juice. Snack: nonfat frozen yogurt. Lunch: garden veggie soup, 1/2 a sandwhich (grilled pepper and mozarella), water. Snack: 1 and 1/2 cups pasta mixed with roasted corn and beans. Dinner: eggplant parm (a piece about the size of a deck of cards, hardly any cheese), string beans. Throughout the day I had water and sugar-free lemonade or iced tea. Dessert: fruit Popsicle. Exercise: A little walking. Overall I don't think my diet has been too bad but I need to vamp up my activity level. =]

you are doing so awesome!lol- i had a baby ruth and sugar free redbull for breakfast with my boyfriend while watching hell boy. i need to eat more like you for the rest of the day! (don't worry- i don't usually eat like that. haha)
