Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Im not what you would call new coz i have been reading the posts for a while trying to find insipiration. I found out just by cutting out wheat and sugar i could lose up to 60lbs a month!!!!! I have juvenile arthritis in all my joints, which includes knees and ankles so its hard to do exercise. I am so sick of always feeling depressed about my weight and i know i can keep it off once i lose it coz i have lost weight before and kept it off but i have been this weight for a while and think it's time for a change. Starting today i will be a different woman!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 127 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 107 lb - ugh! im going to the doctor every week now and to f**king therapy and im finding out all these friggin health problems i have...lets see...theres premature atrial contractions(my heart skips beats(i also had cardiac arithmia), im a borderline diabetic, i have a thyroid problem, scoliosis, depression, migraines, a undiagnosed stomach problem...but ive had that since i was little and i had sooo many tests done on me but they still have no clue what it is! i get really dizzy attempting to exercise, and i might become schizophrenic/bipolar by the time i turn 17 cuz it runs in my family!!! dont i have a great life!????

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 155 lb - I think i'm officially down to 160. That took long enough...a little over a month to lose 5 pounds. But it's gone so thats good. Only 5 more to go. I'm going to Carowinds in North Carolina on July 18 with my best friend and our boyfriends and i was hoping to be at 155 by then. I want to be at least decent looking, you know? The roles on my back are almost gone tho lol. I'd at least like to have them all the way gone by then. They're more like creases now lol so maybe it wont be too hard.. Being that it's only 2 weeks away, and it took forever to get the first 5 pounds off, i don't think i'll lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks. But i'm going to try my hardest to lose as much as i can in these 2 weeks. Tips and encouragement are always welcome. Keep up the great work guys!

Today I did OK ...I actually jogged around the block twice! the block is really long too lol so I think it was 2 miles or something. I'm usually very shy but I said screw it! and went for the jog. After that I danced for an hour but thennn...yes...thennn..I messed up. I ate vanilla-cho ice cream and a half a snickers bar and then for dinner I ate a whole wheat bagel with creamcheese. ARGH! why can't I pull throughhh:(

Ht. 5'4", Start: 172 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey, I really dont know what to say besides that I am fat. When ever anyone gets mad at me they call me a whale! I am sick of being fat and I dont know how to change. I exercize daily and I eat mostly good food. I dont want to be fat and I want diet pills or a diet plan, but if I tell my mom what I want she will say "No, you are too young!" but she realize how much I have tried. Anyone have suggestions? ;) Please leave alot of comments

I was with min and i had to pull her carry her and step around her like 10 times... anyways...
what is another good way to lose weight...
yesterday i did pretty bad till the end of the day... for a dinnerish lunchish think i had toast with pb, and orange and milk... then i went for an hour or so walk with my doggy...
