Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Yesterday...was not so good lol. Hung out with one of my best friends Danielle. All she eats is junk food, like 24/7 but shes not overweight because she is a professional skiier (ranked like 2nd in the UK or something crazy like that!) Anyways i had eaten a healthy bfast and lunch b4 i went and then while i was there i had bowl of icecream with a choc flake, crisps, choc yoghurt, 1/2 pizza and then i had a big bag of minstrels at the cinema. Despite that junk-filled day which contained no exercise whatsoever, i weighed in a lb lighter this morning! I am actually quite proud of myself because usually if i eat unhealthy foods i always end up bingeing because i am stuck in the 'all or nothing' mindset but when i got home i ignored the binge urge, brushed my teeth and went straight to bed! Cant wait to see 150-something on the scale next =]
