Ht. 5'2", Start: 225 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I need help!!! About two years ago i set myself off on a weight loss journey. I ended up going from 225lbs to 135 pounds in a year-i was thrilled. However, I put 25 pounds back on and I keep gaining. I am terrified because I am going back to my old binging habits and I have hit a major plateau. I need help--tips, support, suggestions, anything- i hate myself at this weight.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so i haven't been on here in a while, but i'm still doing okay. i've been slacking on my diet and exercise though. i havent gained anything, because when i do eat unhealthy i only eat very little. so i still weigh the same but im getting back on track because i really want to be in the 160's before the end of summer! wish me luck, and keep going guys :)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 263 lb, Today: 297 lb, Goal: 250 lb - Hi im Brittany and im 15. My parents are always telling me how much i really need to lose weight but honestly i dont have the desire to. I love food and eating it is wat i do nonstop every day and its wat makes me happy. I know so many people are worried especially since im about to reach 300lbs and i cant really move that well but i cant give up eating just to lose the weight. I love food and im just not goin to be able to stop no matter how much i gain. in the past two month i went from 263 to 297 and the difference is very noticable. I just cant give up eating the way i do to lose a few pounds...idk wat to do everyone thinks im crazy but food is gonna make u gain weight and if i have to put on the pounds to eat all day everyday then its wat im gonna do.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Senior year was so stressfull for me. My eating habits did not change, but I was up late every night, I didn't have time to work out and I was so stressed. As a result, I gained 30 pounds. I've been working out like crazy all summer and trying to eat healthy, but I am not losing any weight at all. It is really upsetting.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Well, this past week was a HUGE DISASTER. I was doing okay until Wednesday, the night I had to go to a birthday party and concert. Thursday was full of fatty leftovers. Friday to Sunday was all about the Fourth, food, fireworks, food, family & friends, food, music, food, red white & blue and...did I mention food?! Brownies, ice cream cake, boneless wings, you name it. I did, however, get in a LOT of walking...Today I was able to get mostly back on track except for some extra bread and a lack of exercise. I hope the rest of this week will be more scheduled since I started work today. :) Keep the faith, people!! If you feel like a failure like me, listen to the song "Get Up" by Superchick.
