Ht. 5'2", Start: 225 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I need help!!! About two years ago i set myself off on a weight loss journey. I ended up going from 225lbs to 135 pounds in a year-i was thrilled. However, I put 25 pounds back on and I keep gaining. I am terrified because I am going back to my old binging habits and I have hit a major plateau. I need help--tips, support, suggestions, anything- i hate myself at this weight.

Just keep going! Every time you want to eat think how good weighing less made you feel. Are you going on holiday or to a party or something? If you are think how good you can look on the beach or on the dancefloor if you don't eat that junk food! I know you can do it again if you really try. x

think about how happy you were when you were your ideal weight. remember all the good things that happened. help yourself to find that happiness again.
find a picture you like and tape it to your mirror as an inspiration. just remember 'you did it once and you can do it again'

i wish i was 160.lol. but you know what it's like at 200 too. get control of yourself now, while you only have 25lbs to lose. don't wait until you have 50 or 70. NOW. trust me- i wish i had kicked my butt back in gear when i got back to 160. now i'm around 205 and very dissappointed in myself. it's much harder losing weight the second time around, it seems. you can do this! don't let yourself get worse- cause, oh man- it can get so much worse and you know it!
