Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok so yesterday was my sisters b-day and what happened was i gained 4 pounds but i did't eat that much so im just so mad could some of it be water weight? ughhh : (

Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 285 lb - ok, so today i really started the whole system. For breakfast i had a smaller bowl of cereal, instead of the big bowl I usually have. For lunch i had a pizza, with some grapes, instead of chips. And for dinner i think i am going out to eat. Yeah i kno not a good way to start, but i saw this tip on tv. Im gunna ask for a box when my food comes and cut everything in half. Put the rest away for lunch or something another day. But yeah and im gunna jumprope and lift weights. Ht. 5'2", Start: 200 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I LOST A POUND. I know it's only a pound but it's a start, ysterday i totally stuck to it, my mom offered me a rally fatty creamy mousse and i took it, looked at it and gave it back to her, i haven't done that in sooo long and i'm really proud of myself for not eating it. This morning ive eaten rice krispies and some grapes, in a minute i'm going to get a fat free yoghurt! I think i'm finally on track again, thankyou for helping me get started again, good luck to everyone! Keep going, don't give up!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi, I'm Giselle. Two years ago I started going on a diet from my original weight of 184 lbs and was doing pretty good. By last summer I was down to 164 lbs. But then I had some family issues and when I had a bad day (there were a lot last summer) I would eat for comfort and stopped exercising. Eventually I went back to my old ways and a year later I am almost back to where I started. I bought the book The Diet for Teenagers Only, which I'm excited about and think will help, but I just feel so unmotviated right now becuase I feel unhealthy and tired all the time, plus I have acne and some of my clothes form last year don't fit. Can someone PLEASE leave me a little motivation? :(

Now that I'm 18 and older I was thinking of giving it a try. Has anyone tried it? if so..does it work? and is it safe. I heard it is. But am not sure!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hello Ladies... So I lost another 1.8 this week... I'm at 202.4... Only 2.5 til I'm under 200!! I'm so close I can taste it! I love Weight Watchers! When I get to 198 I'll have lost 10% of my weight! Woo hoo. I hope you all are doing well. The answer really is eating in moderation, exercising and sticking with it!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 228 lb, Today: 206 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I was on a diet. lost 25 pounds. and then it just kind of stopped working. and then i stopped it all together. and it sucks. its been a month since i stoped and about 7 pounds came back or whatever.
Being fat is horrible and im sick of it.
for so many reasons im sick of it.
and one of the most is romantically.
i cant feel comfortable with someone, even if they are happy and comfortable with me.
it just sucks balls.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 164 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 112 lb - heyy. just wondering like everyone try and do this. what was an average day of eating and exercise (or lack of it) before you decided to diet (or make a life change however you see it)? ..... think about it carefully like little extras you fitted in like choc bars and crisps. it may help to see how well your diet and exercise has improved so if you have a bad day you can see that maybe before this everyday was a bad day.
