Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So far today I haven't ate anything but have drank water. I've only been up and hour though. But I have practice from 2-8 today and I always seem to eat when I get home even if I'm not hungry. Does anyone have a suggestion for me. Like I walk in the door and eat and I don't even realize I'm doing it till I already ate.
