Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 285 lb - ok, so today i really started the whole system. For breakfast i had a smaller bowl of cereal, instead of the big bowl I usually have. For lunch i had a pizza, with some grapes, instead of chips. And for dinner i think i am going out to eat. Yeah i kno not a good way to start, but i saw this tip on tv. Im gunna ask for a box when my food comes and cut everything in half. Put the rest away for lunch or something another day. But yeah and im gunna jumprope and lift weights.
