Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - yay! finally back down to 170. i gained like 5 pounds of what im pretty sure was mostly water from eating too much crap and salt. but im back down now and im gettin serious. i planned out my entire day of food so i wont have to wing it. i tihnk this will help me. i calculated on the internet how many calories per day ill need to lose 1-1.5 pounds per week and its anywhere from 1100-1200 so im going to stick to that. im so motivated right now. i tihnk im gonna go dance for a while lol stay strong everyone :)

you should also exersize- but if you exersize eat a bit more than that a day- like, burn off 300 cals per day, and eat 200 more cals- then you'll keep your metabolism rearing for faster weight loss and you'll be able to keep the weight off easier after you're done losing...you can do it!
