Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Sooo...why in the world after a week of working out have i gained? I know its only my first week and im not supposed to see a difference, but i definitely didn't think that i would gain either. Maybe it's just a lot of water weight. But anyway, does anybody have any eating habits and work out plans (that i could do moreso at the gym..but things at home are fine too) that are working for them and allowing them to lose weight? I would really love to hear what you guys are doing to help you lose weight. Maybe it could help me too. Thanks in advance

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I'M NOT LOSING A SINGLE POUND! no wait, I actually GAINED one. What is going on here? am I doing something wrong? because I feel like I'm doing things right. Just ONE slip up couldn't have triggered that pound gain. I'm going to check again today and I'm scared :'( what if I gained another? it used to be so easier in the beginning...the weight was just melting off and now it's like waiting for the damn grass to grow! I needed to vent or I feel like my head is going to explodee. You may disregard this whiny post but I'm just angry with everything right now. How long till I lose atleast 5 lbs? ! should I be working out even more? because clearly what I'm doing is not working here. Also...I ahve a question-- morning workouts..do you workout before breakfast or after? I hope you all are doing amazingly awesome because my luck really sucks right now! :'(

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 105 lb - well first, i just wanna say i have severe binge eating disorder...i think u all know that but...yeah......i eat over 8000 calories within hours and take meds and c a therapist...well today i finally ate 4565 calories(which for me is very low believe it or not!) and then we had to go to burger king and i ate a whopper and fries!!!!! damn! 1 good day(for me atleast) and i ruined it!...my therapist wont be happy when she hears i gained tons of fat from eating bk!...is there anything i can do so i dont gain anything...or feel as stuffed as i am right now?!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 145 lb - omg omg wow i think this eat less and move more stuff really works. (lol) i am so happy i had my first weight in and it came out 224.5. i am so happy... but i'm off to go tell my partner and work out a little more....

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Right. So I weighed in today and saw a horrible number...199...I can't understand this? How can I gain 4lbs in a week when I've been eating so much less? I swore to myself I'd never see the 190's again and now I'm pushing 200? If I hit 200I think I'll have a meltdown and all sorts of rediculous will happen. I never want to be above a 12 again...well, 10....but I'm a 12 now and it sucks because I feel like I'm gaining so much. Hopefully some of this is water weight but I don't know....this sucks big time.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 206 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ergh. i gained a pound. i know i was horrible the day before yesterday- but i was beyond amazing yesterday. i'm just sooo angry. i really wanted to be 204-203 by sunday, and i really don't think i'll be losing 3lbs in two days. i'm so angry and disappointed and just feel like a fat loser failure... i just don't know what to do. if i eat anywhere near the 2000calorie mark- BAM i gain like freaking crazy! why is that? is my metabolism that slow? that's ridiculous. it really shouldn't be. i went to this site where i entered my measurements and weight and it told me i had 150+lbs of lean muscle and only 50 something lbs of fat. SO WHY DOES 2000 calories- something i would assume the average woman could eat without gaining like crazy= cause me to put on so much ertjihSLKSHZILTRHDTSU WEIGHT????????!?

but im doing pretty good. im going to start running because im going to be in volleyball in hs. (in august!!)but right now im on my period and i weigh like 141.. so ill weigh myself again in a week or so when i get back on track.
i feel really happy and have more energy. probably because its summer now ---

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - omg yesterday was TERRIBLE. i did amazingly perfect for over a week then i just ate nonstop allllll freaking day yesterday. i think its because i was depriving myself. but im refreshed now and ready to get back on track. plus im pretty sure i didnt gain anything, except maybe a little bloating from all the salt i had. never again. i had such bad heartburn lastnight because of eating so much but i was so bored and i just couldnt stop!! i thought i had conquered my habit of eating out of boredom but i guess not lol oh well, its okay to have a day like that every once in a while. even skinny people have those days. we just have to brush ourselves off and work towards fixing the problem. i cant wait to be thinnnn :) right now im a size 10-11 in jeans and a medium in shirts (sometimes large, depending on how the fit is). i really want to be a size 8 in jeans. but ive got a large bone...
