Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 105 lb - well first, i just wanna say i have severe binge eating disorder...i think u all know that but...yeah......i eat over 8000 calories within hours and take meds and c a therapist...well today i finally ate 4565 calories(which for me is very low believe it or not!) and then we had to go to burger king and i ate a whopper and fries!!!!! damn! 1 good day(for me atleast) and i ruined it!...my therapist wont be happy when she hears i gained tons of fat from eating bk!...is there anything i can do so i dont gain anything...or feel as stuffed as i am right now?!

Hey ! I know how you feel with binge eating... a good idea is to drink lots of water when you feel as though you want to eat... I would also eat carrots or some fruit covered in splenda... the reason for this is they fill you, but dont make you feel OVER stuffed and are GOOD for you! =D good luck I know that this condition is hard to deal with... keep going I know you will reach your goals!
