Hi everyone... I need some quick tips and advice please.
I want to lose 7 pounds before the 4th of july weekend ( Im going out of town to the lake ) so i don't want to fill shy or anything while im there in my swimsuet . =!
And I know that it is a very short time to lose that much but i still want to try my best . so please help and ***** ************GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE *********** ************

for a quic fix that wont last you could cut out all bread all grain.... you will drop pounds fast however once you start to eat it again you will gain the weight back fast very fast and be back where you started. try losing a healthy way yes you might only lose 1 or 2 lbs but it wont come back as long as you keep up the hard work
