Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Sooo...why in the world after a week of working out have i gained? I know its only my first week and im not supposed to see a difference, but i definitely didn't think that i would gain either. Maybe it's just a lot of water weight. But anyway, does anybody have any eating habits and work out plans (that i could do moreso at the gym..but things at home are fine too) that are working for them and allowing them to lose weight? I would really love to hear what you guys are doing to help you lose weight. Maybe it could help me too. Thanks in advance

Lots of cardio! cardio is the best way to lose weight. After about 2 weeks of good cardio you will notice the definition in your legs and all over weight lose. Usually I do a hard core 1hr cardio work out 3Xs a week consisting of stairs, jogging, sprints, and agility training(Look up some moves on the web) the other days I take it easy and do light weight lifting(like hand weights)ab workouts, and do moderate exercise like Frisbee or taking a walk. I lost 20 pounds last summer doing this and i am doing it again this summer! good luck!
