Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hello everyone. Today was Father's Day so we had a BBQ, but it didn't go too badly I just ate smaller portions on my fav foods and only went back for seconds on the veggies and a tiny bit of almost-mayo-free macaroni salad. I also rode my bike for about 20 min after dinner. I was never good at biking becuase I was too fat to ride so it's like learning all over again. It was hard for me and I was embarrassed but luckily no one was around so I had some peace. I hope I can learn to ride better becuase my bike is really nice and there are bike trails near me where you can meet cute guys! :) As this is my first full week of summer vacation I want to eat better and exercise about 3 times a week for about 30 min. Best wishes to you all as we begin a new 7 days!
