Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I'M NOT LOSING A SINGLE POUND! no wait, I actually GAINED one. What is going on here? am I doing something wrong? because I feel like I'm doing things right. Just ONE slip up couldn't have triggered that pound gain. I'm going to check again today and I'm scared :'( what if I gained another? it used to be so easier in the beginning...the weight was just melting off and now it's like waiting for the damn grass to grow! I needed to vent or I feel like my head is going to explodee. You may disregard this whiny post but I'm just angry with everything right now. How long till I lose atleast 5 lbs? ! should I be working out even more? because clearly what I'm doing is not working here. Also...I ahve a question-- morning workouts..do you workout before breakfast or after? I hope you all are doing amazingly awesome because my luck really sucks right now! :'(

First off you can totally do this! You are right setting a schedule is a great idea. Make yourself do it and you will get to the point where if you don't you will feel terrible. I have been going to the gym on a consistent basis for 3 weeks and it's really getting addicting. Also what you eat sounds fine but watch your portions... if you are eating almonds remember 23 is a serving ... if you are having salad remember adding things to it like ham and cheese add calories, you can add them... just watch the amount. You are doing a great job... you can do it!

k this is how I eat and stuff. I eat a salad in the morning then 3 hours later like a piece of fruit...then 3 hours later like almonds or something..then 3 hours later like something else nutritious. I don't know, that's my problem. I don't really have a planned schedule-same with exercise. I just do how much I can each day. Like I'll probably dance for an hour, stretch, lift some dumbbells but it's not exactly consistent. Sometimes I'm so tired from work I just don't feel like doing a thing. Also I walk to work which is like half a mile. I have a treadmill in my room but I hardly use it and when I do, I feel great but then there's a 3-4 day gap when I don't use it. I'm thinking I should set a plan like 4 miles a day on the treadmill (like I used to do). Please HELP! I'm not consistent with everything and that's my major prolblem.

ok first look at wat you are eating.. and how much maybe you should try counting cals look at how you are working out... wat type of work outs you are doing... also remember to mix up your workouts... your body learns the workouts and then starts to cheat.... tell us what you are doing and eating and we could probaly help more
